Claims (12)
- 자외선 광원의 강도를 검사하는 장치에 있어서, 광탐지 유니트는 광원에서 방출한 자외복사선을 탐지하고 이것을 이와 등가인 전기신호로 바꾸며, 또한 광원에서 방출한 자외복사선의 강도를 지시하는데 적합한 장치로 연결되는 광 탐지 유니트로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자외선 강도 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광 탐지 유니트는 개구장치, 광 시스템, 변환기로 구성되어서, 개구장치는 광 탐지유니트에 입사한 빛을 전달하고 광원에 의해 빛을 방출하고, 광 시스템은 전달된 자외복사선을 모아서 수신하고 원하는 통로로 직진하게 하며, 변환기는 자외복사선을 수신할 수 있는 통로에 배치되어 강도에 대응하는 전기신호로 바꾸어 검사되도록함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 광 시스템이 빛의 통로를 따라 발산 비임을 제공하는 두개의 반사기로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 각 반사기구 연마금속판으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서 반사기 금속판의 금속이 알미늄으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개구장치가 개구판(aperture plate)으로 구성되고 원형개구가 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 개구판을 분해할 수 있거나 다른 크기의 판으로 대체할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자외선 광원이 고정되어 있는 하우징(housing)부(部)에 보충되는 고정장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 광원을 위한 하우징의 원형부에 걸쳐 밀어 맞추어서 고정하는 원형 보스인 고정장치를 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탐지기에서 변환된 전기신호가 코일을 구동하도록 증폭되어 계기가 광원에서 방사된 자외선의 강도를 지시함으로써 가동코일 종류의 계기를 작동시킬 수 있는 증폭기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 첨부 도면을 참조하여 실제로 이전에 설명한 것과 같은 자외선 광원 강도 검사장치.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 살균장치가 자외선 강도를 검사하기 위한 장치를 갖고 각 장치가 일반적인 제어 및 검사유니트에 연결되어 자외선 광원으로써 물을 살균하는 일련의 장치를 운용하기 위한 제어 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
