Claims (10)

  1. 적어도 접착할 수 있는 재료로 된 컵 형상의 캡을 포함하는 용기용 폐쇄부에 있어서, 상기 부분은 파단가능한 수단에 의해서 캡의 나머지에 분리가능하게 고정되며 덮개부재는 상기 부분을 캡의 나머지 부분과 분리되도록 캡의 나머지 부분에 대하여 작동가능한 상기 분리가능한 부분에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄부 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캡은 부분스코링부에 의해 상부의 외측 환형부에 연결된 반대접시형의 중심디스크부를 포함하며, 상기 덮개부재는 부분스코링부에 의해 정해지는 면적내에서 결합될 캡의 디스크부분의 접시형상에 일치하는 포킷을 이루는 종속플랜지를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄부 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 종속플랜지 바깥의 덮개부재 부분은 상기 캡의 외주면에 떨어진 관계에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄부 조립체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캡은 중심개구를 가지며, 상기 덮개부재는 상기 캡의 개구에 인접한 결합가능한 재료에 그 내주면에서 결합되는 원주연장 종속플랜지를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄부 조립체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 덮개부재는 중심에 위치하는 계단진 종속 돌출부와, 상기 캡의 개구를 통해 끼워지는 상기 돌출부의 중심부를 가지며, 반경방향 외측의 계단은 자리잡은 견부를 정하며, 상기 캡의 개구의 원주상의 반경방향 외측으로 연장하는 부분스코링부의 반경방향 안쪽으로 위치된 상기 캡의 상기 개구를 둘러싸는 결합 가능한 재료의 층에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄부 결합체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 캡의 상부에는 제거가능한 디스크부를 정하는 연속부분 스코링부가 구비되며, 상기 덮개부재는 상기 스코링부의 범위내에 배치된 면적에서 상기 스코링부의 반경방향 안쪽으로 상기 디스크부에 결합되는 종속부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄부 결합체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 종속돌출부는 계단진 형상이며 상기 캡의 디스크부에 형성된 접시형 포킷에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄부 결합체.
  8. 외측부가 있는 상부와, 부분스코링부에 의해 정해지는 제거가능한 디스크부와, 상기 캡의 외주면상의 결합가능한 재료층을 가지는 컵형상의 캡과, 상기 제거 가능한 디스크부분에 결합된 덮개부재를 포함하는 폐쇄부 조립체를 제조하고 따라서 상기 캡에 대한 상기 덮개부재의 작동이 상기 디스크부를 분리하게 되는 제조방법에 있어서, 캡의 적어도 외주면과 디스크부상의 결합가능한 재료의 층을 제공하며, 캡의 디스크부의 결합가능한 재료를 끼우는 부분에 덮개부재를 위치시키며 덮개부재를 디스크부에 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 결합은 열스테이킹에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 덮개부재는 초음파 가열에 의해 캡에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
