제1도는 접촉기와 방산탑, 활성탄소베드, 메카니컬필터 및 이온교환베드의 관련을 나타대는 전형적이고 통상적인 가동의 개략도이다.
Claims (11)
- 가스를 순환하는 알칸올아민용액과 접촉시키고, CO2가 풍부한 상기용액을 가열처리하여 CO2가 방출제거된 용액을 생성시키고, 이렇게 처리되어 CO2가 제거된 용액을 접촉단계로 돌려보내어 이산화탄소와 산소를 함유하며 황화합물도 함유할 수 있는 공급가스로부터 이산화탄소를 회수하는 방법에 있어서, a) 용매의 부식 및/또는 분해를 효율적으로 방지하기 위해 상기의 순환용액에서 구리의 양을 유지하고, b) 다음의 (1) 적어도 하나의 메카니컬필터 ; (2) 활성탄소베드 ; (3) 음이온교환수지 ; 및/또는 (4) 이의 조합물중의 적어도 하나와 순환용액을 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칸올아민이 모노알칸올아민인 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칸올아민이 모노에탄올아민인 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칸올아민순환로로 되돌아가는 순환용액의 일부분을 회수하여 가스를 함유하는 산소로 취부하는 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칸올아민의 최대벌크온도가 260℉(126.7℃)보다 높지 않으며, 약 10,000BTU/ft2·hr(31.5kw/㎡)미만의 열플럭스를 필요로하는 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구를이온을 약 50ppm 내지 750ppm 사이에서 유지하는 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급가스가 연도가스인 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음이온 교환수지가 강염기성 음이온 교환수지인 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 순환용액이 일차적으로 활성탄소베드를 통과하고 2차적으로 음이온교환수지를 통과하는 회수방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 순환용액이 활성탄소베드를 통과하기 전에 부가적으로 메카니컬필터를 통과하는 회수방법.
