다이캐스팅 모울드와 플라스틱 사출성형용 다이의 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명의 다이에 의하여 제조될 플라스틱 원형(原型)의 사시도
제2도는 제1도 원형의 배면을 보인 사시도
제3도는 제1도의 원형에 해당하는 특수강외피로 구성된 것으로, 압출기로부터 먼쪽의 다이를 보인 부분절개 측면도
제4도는 제2도의 원형에 해당하는 특수강외피로 구성된 것으로, 압출기에 인접한 다이를 보인 부분절개 측면도

Claims (8)

  1. 다이캐스팅 보울드와 플라스틱사출성형을 위한 다이 또는 기구를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 하이드로솔, 라텍스, 아크릴수지, 석영분말의 수용액으로 구성된 방수상부층(5)이 도포되고 이 층을 건조한후에 아교, 탄수화물, 석영분말 및 금속분말로 조성된 분리층(6)이 도포된 초기성형코아(3)에 용융상태의 특수강 또는 다른 적당한 금속이나 세라믹을 스프레이로 도포하고, 금속스프레이로 얻어진 특수강층(7)에 경질재료의 보강층(9,16)을 형성하고, 특수강층(7)과 보강층(9,16)으로 구성된 다이 또는 모울드부분(14,15)을 수용성분리 층에 물을 주입하여 초기성형코아(3)로부터 분리되게 함을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스팅 모울드와 플라스틱사출성형용 다이의 제조방법.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 방수상부층(5)이 다음 조성의 용액으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 수용성분리층(6)이 다음 조성의 용액으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 보강층(9)이 석영사, 금속분말등으로 보강된 에폭시수지로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 보강층(16)이 주조금속으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 보강층(9,16)이 초기성형코아(3)와 특수강층(7)을 덮는 하우징(8)내에 채워짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 청구범위 제1항-6항에 있어서, 하우징이 모든 측벽에서 하우징과 계합되고 보강층(9)에 지지된 경사테두리(11)를 갖는 커어버(10)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 특수 강층(7)의 스프레이후 부가적인 구리층이 초기성형코아(3)에 도포됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
