Claims (6)

  1. 구동축상에 수축끼춰 맞춤되어 급격한 변속이나 과열에 의해 발생되는 반복적인 과부하 상태하에서 작동하게 되는 회전부재로 구성된 대형 기계장치에 있어서, 피동부재와 구동축 사이에는 적어도 축방향의 신축성이 반경방향의 신축성보다 큰 한개이상의 슬리브 부재를 끼워서 피동부재와 구동축 사이의 래칭을 최소한으로 감소시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 래칭 방지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 부재가 보강 엘리먼트및 매트릭스로 만들어진 합성재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 래칭 방지장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 축방향의 신축성이 원주 방향의 신축성보다 더 크고, 원주방향의 신축성이 반경방향의 신축성보다 크도록 구성한 상기 보강엘리먼트를 특징으로 하는 래칭 방지장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 부재가 다수의 박판금속링으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 래칭방지장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 박판금속링이 하나의 나선형링인 것을 특징으로 하는 래칭 방지장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 부재가 슬릿이 가공된 주름형링인 것을 특징으로 하는 래칭 방지장치.
