Claims (10)

  1. 실린더 심부를 갖고 있는 실린더 블럭과, 상기 실린더 블럭에 설치된 실린더 헤드와, 상기 실린더 심부에서 왕복 운동을 할 수 있는 피스톤으로 구성되어 있어서, 변화하는 기하학적 형상을 갖는 연소실과, 상기 실린더 헤드에 이동 가능하게 설치되어 있으며 가연성 혼합물의 소용돌이 운동을 발생시키기 위하여 상기 연소실에 실질적으로 접선 방향으로 가연성 혼합물을 흡입하는 흡입수단과 함께 작용하는 흡입 밸브와, 상기 실린더 헤드에 이동 가능하게 설치되어 있으며 연소실로부터 배기 가스를 배출하는 배기수단과 함께 작용하는 배기 밸브와, 피스톤의 압축 행정 종료시 또는 근방에서 소규모의 와류 형태의 란류운동을 발생할 수 있도록 연소실내의 가연성 혼합물의 소용돌이 운동을 분배하는 파쇄장치(spoiling device)를 포함하고 있는 연소실에서 점화 발생장치를 형성하고 있는 내연기관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상승 부분이 실린더 헤드이 내벽에 형성되므로서, 압축 행정 종료시 연소실을 형성하며 실린더 심부의 단면적 보다 작은 단면적을 갖고 있는 내연기관.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 하부 부분이 피스톤상에 형성되므로서, 압축행정 종료시 연소실을 형성하며 실린더 심부의 단면적 보다 작은 단면적을 갖고 있는 내연기관.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 파쇄장치가 압축 행정의 종료실에 배치된 편심된 돌출부로 구성되어 있는 내연기관.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 돌출부가 피스톤 상에 설치되어 있는 내연기관.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 돌출부가 실린더 헤드상에 설치되어 있는 내연기관.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 파쇄장치는 실질적으로 실린더 심부에 대하여 중앙에 구성되어 있으며 압축 행정 종료시 연소실에 대하여 실질적으로 편심적으로 구성되어 있는 내연기관.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 압축행정 종료시 연소실은 실질적으로 실린더 심부에 대하여 중아에 배치되며 파쇄장치는 실질적으로 연소실에 대하여 실질적으로 편심적으로 배치되어 있는 내연기관.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 점화장치가 파쇄 장치 근처의 연소실 정지구역에 배치되어 있는 내연기간.
