Claims (15)
- 처리제가 마그네슘 및, 또는 탄산염과 알루미늄을 모두 함유하는 과립으로 구성되어 있으며 과립표면에서 알루미늄의 함유율이 실제로 과립에 함유된 알루미늄의 전체함유 비율보다도 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 미립상 처리제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 95중량%의 알루미늄이 다른 성분에 의해 둘러쌓여져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 과립은 의한 생석회(CaO), 탄산칼슘 또는 탄산나트륨중 하나 이상을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 과립은 도로마이트(dolomite)를 함유하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 처리제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 과립은 소성 도로마이트를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리제.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 알루미늄에 대한 산화마그네슘 및, 또는 탄산염의 중량비가 2.3 : 1에서 3.3 : 1의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리제.
- 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 처리제는 40-75중량%의 산화마그네슘과 15-35중량%의 알루미늄으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리제.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 처리제는 용제를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 용제가 2-20중량% 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리제.
- 제1항 내지 제9항에 있어서, 과립의 입자 크기는 0.1mm-3.0mm 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리제.
- 제10항에 있어서, 입자 크기가 0.2mm-1.0mm범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 과립을 형성하기 위하여 미립상의 함유물 또는 함유물들을 점결제와 함께 고에너지 혼합기에서 혼합하므로서 처리제를 형성하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 적어도 95중량%의 알루미늄 조성이 다른 성분 또는 성분들에 의해 캡슐로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리제를 용강에 취입함으로서 용강을 탈류 및 또는 탈린하는 방법.
