Claims (12)

  1. 모듈방식 배선용 커플러에 있어서, 절연재료와 공동(82,83,87)을 수용하는 제1 및 제2 및 제3 모듈 플러그를 구비하여 만들어진 하우징과 비교적 탄성이 있는 금속재료로 만들어져 하우징내에 선치되고 제2공동내로 확장하는 한 단부와 제3 공동내로 확장하는 다른 단부와 제3공동의 부근에서부터 확장하는 루프를 가지고, 제2공동쪽으로 제1공동이 통과하고, 제1공동내로 삽임되는 모듈플러그의 단자에 의해 속박 될 때 적당한 접촉압력을 발생하도록 영구적인 개악없이 충분히 편향시키도록 조정되는 도선과 같은 접점소자(90)를 특징으로 하는 모듈방식배선용 트라이커플러.
  2. 제1항에 따른 커플러에 있어서, 하우징이 단일 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈방식 배선용 트라이커플러.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 커플러에 있어서, 제1 및 제2공동은 일반적으로 서로 마주보고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈방식 배선용 트라이커플러.
  4. 제1항에서 제3항중 어느 항에 따른 커플러에 있어서, 커플러는 다수의 접점소자(90)를 구비하고 하우징은 각 공동에 인접하여 확장하는 고수의 부(96)와 공간을 두어 떨어져 부를 유지하는 다수의 분리기(97)를 구비하는데 그중에서 부와 분리기는 공동사이에서 접점소자의 부에 위치되는 간막이를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈방식 배선용 트라이커플러.
  5. 제4항에 따른 커플러에 있어서, 각 접점소자의 루프는 부가 모듈플러그의 단자에 의해 속박되기보다 먼저 하우징의 분리기중 하나의 표면을 간로질러 확장함에 의해 속박되어지도록 구성되어 있는 데 각 루프의 부는 루프가 제1고동내로 삽입되어지는 모듈플러그의 단자에 의해 속박되어질 때 하우징의 표면을 가로질러 확장하는 것으로부터 속박되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈방식 배선용 트라이커플러.
  6. 제5항에 따른 커플러에 있어서, 제1공동과 제2공동사이에서 각 접점소자는 제1공동과 제2공동사이에서 위치된 하우징의 방(141)내로 확장하는 옵셋을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈방식 배선용 트라이커플러.
  7. 제6항에 따른 커플러에 있어서, 편향은 옵셋과 제1공동사이에서 접점소자 길이의 함수인 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈방식 배선용 트라이커플러.
  8. 제6항에 따른 커플러에 있어서, 하우징은 제2 및 제3 공동에 인접한 다수의 통로(125, 148)를 구비하는데 그중에서 각 접점소자는 한 단부에 연결되고 다른 단부에 연결된 부와 제2공동에 인접한 통로중 하나에 위치되고 제3공동에 인접한 통로중 하나에 위치되고 접점소자의 부에대해 측면을 제공하고 모듈플러그가 제1공동내로 삽입될 때 단부가 실제적으로 선회운동 하는 것을 방지하는 데 효과적인 벽에 의해 정해진 통로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈방식 배선용 트라이커플러.
  9. 제8항에 따른 커플러에 있어서, 상기 제2공동에 인접한 통로에 위치되는 각 접점소자의 부가 옵셋에 있는 굴곡부(126, 148)를 통해 연결되고 제3공동에 인접한 통로에 위치되는 그 부가 다른 단부에 있는 굴곡부를 통하여 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈방식 배선용 트라이커플러.
  10. 제1항에서 제9항중 어느항에 따른커플러에 있어서, 러그(185)는 지지부재(184)에 커플러를 고착하기 위한 하우징의 두 개가 서로 마주보는 측상에 제공되는데 러그는 서로 옵셋되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈방식 배선용 트라이커플러.
  11. 제1항에서 제10항중 어느항에 따른 커플러에 있어서, 커플러는 벽에의해서 지지되고 커플러가 설치되도록 적용되는 뚜껑을 구비하는 용기내에서 수용되어지도록 적용되는 데 이 커플러는 뚜껑에 커플러를 고착하기 위하여 뚜껑의 패칭타브(211)를 수용하기 위한 두 개의 마주보는 측에 형성되 홈(163)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈방식 배선용 트라이커플러.
  12. 제11항에 따른 커플러에 있어서, 각 래칭(164) 타브는 래치로 형성되고 각 홈(163)은 뚜껑(195)에다 커플듯를 설치하도록 협력하고 미리 정해진 힘의 적용에 의한 것이 커플러로부터 뚜껑을 제거하는 것을 허용하도록 분리되어지는 단벽으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 모듈방식 배선용 트라이커플러.
