Claims (12)

  1. 병의 주요부(3,4,6)가 감소된 두께를 가지고, 병이 과압하에서 조절된 방식으로 압력을 방출시키기 위해 예정된 부분에서 파열하도록 취약부를 형성함을 특징으로하는 플라스틱 재료로 만들어진 내압을 받는데 사용하는 병.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 감소된 두께부가 병의 주형부에 제공되고, 주형부의 주조중에 형성됨을 특징으로하는 병.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주형부가 사출주형에 의해 생성됨을 특징으로 하는 병.
  4. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 감소된 두께부가 병의 액체의 높이위의 목부에 제공됨을 특징으로하는 병.
  5. 제1항에서4항까지 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 감소된 두께부가 병의 외표면상의 평면부에 의해 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 병.
  6. 제1항에서 4항까지중 어느 한항에 있어서, 감소된 두께부가 병의 외부오목부 (5)에 의해 형성된 막(4)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 한는 병.
  7. 제1항에서 4항까지중 어느 한항에 있어서, 감소된 두께부가 병의 외표면의 홈(6)에 의해 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 병.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 홈의 단면이 V형임을 특징으로 하는 병.
  9. 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 홈이 직각으로 만나는 두개의 부분을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 병.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 홈이 직사각형 통로주위에 걸쳐 있음을 특징으로 하는 병.
  11. 전술한 항들중 어느 하나에 있어서, 감소된 두께부가 탄산가스 포화기의 정상작동압력보다 더큰 압력, 바람직하게는 약 20-60psi의 압력에서 파열되도록 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 탄산가스 포화기에서 사용하기 위한 병.
