Claims (5)
- 진공증류기(A)안에 개스롤 모으고, 그 개스를 추출해내며, 전기한 증류기로부터 뽑아낸 개스를 냉각하고, 유봉식 진공펌프(5)를 사용하여 냉각한 개스를 흡입하며, 펌프의 압축공정중 외부의 공기를 도입하여 흡입된 개스를 배출하는 단계로 구성된 염수의 진공증류에 있어서 개스의 배출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증류기(A)에는 생수(Raw water)가 도입되고, 추출된 개스는 전기한 증류기안에 도입된 생수의 일부와 직접 접촉하여서 증류기로부터 추출된 개스를 냉각하는 염수의 진공증류에 있어서 개스의 배출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개스가 펌프(5)속으로 도입되기전에 공기공급 장치나 드로틀장치(13)중 하나 혹은 양쪽을 통하여 추출된 개스나 냉각된 개스가 통과되도록 한 염수의 진공증류에 있어서 개스의 배출방법.
- 제1항의 방법을 실시하기 위한 염수의 진공증류에 있어서 개스의 배출장치.
