Description

현수(懸垂) 천정등을 위한 격자티 (grid tee)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 티(T)가 그 웨브(Web)와 일치하는 중심편면에 대하여 대칭이고 격자 티의 발브(bulb)단부에 재료를 집중시키도록 발브재료에 주름을 잡은 한 실시예의 단면도.
제1A도는 제1도에 도시된 티발브의 상단부의 부분 확대도.
제2도는 대부분 제1도와 유사하나, 발브의 높이만 감소된 격자티에 대한 두째 실시예의 단면도.
제3도는 티가 한장의 금속으로 되어있어 웨브는 한겹이고 전단중심을 웨브 평면에 가지며 발브끝에 재료를 집중시키는 격자티에 대한 다른 실시예의 단면도.
제4도는 역시 한장의 금속으로 되어 있으며 비대칭이고 중앙에 전단중심을 가지는 실시예도.
제5도는 두장의 금속이 발브를 형성하는데 사용되고 전단중심이 사실상 격자의 중앙평면상에 위치하는 한겹 웨브의 격자의 실시예도.

Claims (13)

  1. 얇은 금속스트립을 굽혀 대체적으로 평면인 중앙웨브와 이 웨브의 상단에는 밸브를,그 하단에는 양쪽으로 연장되는 판넬지지 플랜지를 형성하여 된 것에 있어서, 상기 금속 스트립(10)은 발브(18)에서 최소한 세겹의 금속층(31,28,36,34,39)을 이루어 상기 발브상단에 금속 스트립의 재료를 집중시키는데 특징이 있는 현수천정 등을 위한 격자티.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 스트립(10)이 복수개의 반전굴곡부를 이루어, 상기 발브내부에 상기 복수개의 층부재를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자티.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 층부재가 웨브(17)에 대해서 가로로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자티.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 층부재가 상기 웨브로부터 떨어져 있고 상기 발브의 측면에 인접하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자티.
  5. 제3항에 있어서 상기 금속스트립이 상기 격자의 하단에서 복수개의 플랜지층(64, 66 및 104,108)을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자티.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 발브(63, 91)는 한쪽에서만 웨브(62,92)와 연결되고 상기 플랜지층( 64, 66 및 104, 108)은 발브연결보어 대해 그 반대쪽에서만 웨브와 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 격자티.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 발브(91)는 웨브(92)를 중심으로 어느 한쪽에는 다른 한쪽보다 더 많은 재료를 배치하고 상기 플랜지층(104,108)은 그 다른 한쪽에 더 많은 재료를 배치하여 상기 격자의 전단중심이 웨브를 지나는 평면상에 사실상 위치되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자티.
  8. 얇은 금속 스트립을 구부려 대체로 평면이며 한겹인 웨브와 그 웨브의 한끝을 따라 발브를, 그 웨브의 다른 한 끝을 따라 양쪽으로 판넬지지 플랜지를 구비하는 것에 있어서, 상기 발브(63,91,121)는 상기 웨브(62,92,124)에 한쪽에만 연결되어 있고, 상기의 양쪽으로 뻗어있는 플내지 층(64,66:104,108:128,128,129,133)은 웨브에 그 다른 한쪽에서만 연결되어 있고, 격자의 전단중심이 사실상 웨브평면상에 위치하고 상기 발브는 상기 웨브로부터 떨어진 발브의 상단에 웨브에 대하여 가로로 뻗어있는 최소한 두개층(72,73,74:93,96,98,101:115,116)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 현수천정 등을 위한 격자티.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 발브(91)가 웨브 (92)의 한쪽에 다른 한쪽보다 더 많은 재료를 가지며 플랜지층(104,108)은 그 다른 한쪽에 더 많은 재료를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자티.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 금속 스트립(90)이 발브(91)의 최소한 3개의 가로부재(93,96,98,101)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자티.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 발브(91)의 가장 바깥 금속층(101)이 웨브(92)의 양쪽에 가로로 뻗어있고 나머지 금속층(93,96,98)은 웨브의 한족에 위치한 것을 특징으로 한는 격자티.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 가장 바깥 금속층(101)의 자유단(105)은 웨브(92)에 사실상 평행되게, 상기층중 가장 안쪽의 것(93)과 사실상 일치되는 위치까지 늘어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자티.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 금속 스트립(90)의 발브(91) 내에서 최소한 3개의 가로로 연장되는 금속층(93,96,98,101)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자티.
