Claims (29)

  1. (a) 산부분내에 4개까지의 탄소원자를 가진 포화카르복실산의 비닐 에스테르, 3내지 5개의 탄소원자를 가진 불포화모노 혹은 디카르복실산, 이들 불포화 산의 염, 알코올 부분내에 1내지 8개의 탄소원자를 가진 상기 불포화산의 에스테르로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 공단량체와 에틸렌과의 적어도 하나의 공중융합체로서, 이 공중합체내의 에틸렌 함량은 약 40-95중량%이고, 이 공중합체내의 공단량체 함량은 약 5-60중량%이며, 이 공중합체 혹은 이들 공중합체의 조합물의 용융지수는 충분히 조합된 접착제에 있어서의 용융지수가 약 10-500이 될 수 있도록 하는 값이고, 상기 에틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌/비닐 에스테르 혹은 에틸렌/불포화모노 혹은 디카르복실산 에스테르 공중합체일 경우에는 약 15중량%까지의 일산화 탄소 혹은 이산화황을 함유할 수 있는 상기 공중합체 약 10-50중량%와,
  2. (b) 가공유, 에폭시화유, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에테르, 폴리에테르 에스테르로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 가소화제 약 2-30중량%와,
  3. (c) 충전체 약 20-80중량%와,
  4. (d) 유기산, 유기산 유도체, 계면활성제로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 첨가제 약 0-10중량%로 구성되는, 실온에서는 비접착성이지만 약 66℃에서는 접착성이며, 약 93-177℃의 온도에서 자체지지성이 있고, 용융지수가 약 10-500인, 압출가능한 자체지지성 고온용융 접착 쉬이트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 용융지수가 약20-200이며,
  6. (a) 상기 에틸렌 공중합체는 약 30-40중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 이 공중합체내의 에틸렌함량은 약 45-91중량%이고, 이 공중합체내의 공단량체 함량은 약 9-55중량%이며, 이 공중합체 혹은 이들 공중합체의 조합물의 용융지수는 충분히 조합된 접착제에 있어서의 용융지수가 약20-200이 되도록 하는 값이고,
  7. (b) 상기 가소화제는 약 10-20중량%의 양으로 존재하며,
  8. (c) 상기 충전제는 약 40-70중량%의 양으로 존재하는 고온용융 접착 쉬이트.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 충전제가 탄산칼슘, 황산바륨, 수산알루미나, 점토, 탄산마그네슘, 황산칼슘, 실리카, 철, 납, 혹은 이들의 산화물, 운모, 활석, 규회석, 플라이 애쉬, 시멘트 더스트, 실, 목분(木粉),목질 섬유, 견과의 껍질(nut shell), 분쇄된 쌀겨, 그리고 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 조성물.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트, 에틸렌/아크릴산 및 그 이오노머, 에틸렌/메타크릴산 및 그 이오노머, 에틸렌/메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸렌/에틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸렌/이소부틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸렌/n-부틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸렌/이소부틸 아크릴레이트/메타크릴산 및 그이오노머, 에틸렌/n-부틸 아크릴레이트/메타크릴산 및 그 이오노머, 에틸렌/이소 부틸 아크릴레이트/아크릴산 및 그 이오노머, 에틸렌/n-부틸 아크릴레이트/아크릴산 및 그 이오노머, 에틸렌/메틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트/메타크릴산 및 그 이오노머, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트/아크릴산 및 그 이오노머, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트/일산화탄소, 에틸렌/메틸 아크릴레이트/일산화탄소, 에틸렌/n-부틸 아크릴레이트/일산화탄소, 에틸렌/이소부틸 아크릴레이트/일산화탄소, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트/모노에틸 말레에이트. 에틸렌/메틸 아크릴레이트/모노에틸 말레에이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 조성물.
  11. 제4항에 있어서, 용융지수가 약 40-100이며,
  12. (a) 상기 에틸렌 공중합체는 약 25-35중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 이 공중합체내의 에틸렌 함량은 약 72-88중량%이고, 이 공중합체내의 공단량체함량은 약 12-28중량%이며, 이 공중합체 혹은 이들 공중합체의 조합물의 용융지수는 충분히 조합된 접착제에 있어서의 용융지수가 약 40-100이 되도록 하는 값이고,
  13. (b) 상기 가소화제는 약 12-18중량%의 양으로 존재하며,
  14. (c)상기 충전제는 약50-60중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  15. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 충전제가 탄산칼슘, 황산바륨, 수화알루미나, 그리고 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 조성물.
  16. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트. 에틸렌/메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸렌/이소부틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트/메타크릴산으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌공중합체가 삼중합체(terpolymer)인 고온용융 접착 쉬이트.
  18. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 삼중합체의 적어도 하나의 단량체가, 3내지 5개의 탄소원자를 갖는 불포화 모노카르복실산으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 고온용융 접착 쉬이트.
  19. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 삼중합체의 적어도 하나의 단량체가, 아크릴산 및 메타르릴산으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 고온용융 접착 쉬이트.
  20. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 삼중합체가 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트/메타크릴산 및 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트/아크릴산으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 고온용융 접착 쉬이트.
  21. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 삼중합체의 하나의 단량체가 일산화탄소인 고온용융 접착 쉬이트.
  22. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 삼중합체가 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트/일산화탄소 및 에틸렌/n-부틸 아크릴레이트/일산화탄소로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 고온용융 접착 쉬이트.
  23. 제1항,
  24. 제8항, 제9항 제10항 제11항 제12항 혹은 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체가 2개 혹은 그 이상의 에틸렌 공중합체의 혼합물인 고온용융 접착 쉬이트.
  25. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 삼중합체가
  26. () 용융지수가 약500인 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트/메타크릴산의 약74/25/1 삼중합체와,
  27. () 용융지수가 약 6인 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트/메타크릴산의 약71/28/1삼중합체의 혼합물인 고온용융 접착 쉬이트.
  28. 제15항에 있어서, 삼중합체()는 약9중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 삼중합체()는 약 21중량%의 양으로 존재하는 고온용융 접착 쉬이트.
