제1도는 본 발명의 플랜지 보호장치를 플랜지 상의 장착 위치에 좌에서 우로 장착시키는 상태를 나타낸 일련의 예시도.
제2도는 안쪽에 형성된 하나의 환형홈과 다수의 볼트구멍, 및 중심부에 구멍이 형성된 플랜지와 맞물린 본 발명의 플랜지 보호장치를 나타낸 단면도.
제3도는 본 발명의 플랜지 보호장치의 다른 실시예를 하나의 환형홈을 가진 밀봉플랜지 상에 장착시킨 상태를 나타낸 예시도.
제4도는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예를 환형쇼울더부(annular shoulder)와 나사산으로 형성된 중심부의 구멍(bore)을 가진 플랜지에 장착시킨 상태를 나타낸 예시도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 기계가공면(S), 환형단부(20) 및 다수의 볼트구멍(14)을 구비하고, 상기 볼트구멍을 플랜지(F)를 관통하여 뻗어있는 형태의, 플랜지(F)에 부착되는 플랜지 보호장치에 있어서, 경사진 외측환형단부(10b)가 형성된 가요성재질의 원형덮개(10)와, 상기 덮개(10)의 한쪽면에서 돌출되어 플랜지(F)상의 볼트구멍 내벽(14i)과 마찰정합하여 상기 덮개의 한쪽면 플랜지의 가공면(S)과 맞물리 수 있도록 하는 다수의 고정장치(M)로 구성되며, 상기 덮개는 플랜지의 가공면(S)의 형상에 따르도록 그의 일측면이 형성되고 볼트구멍(14)의 상단부를 막으면서 그 위로 연장되며, 상기 경사진 환형단부(10b) 가 플랜지의 환형단부(20)에 배치되도록 형성되어 상기 덮개(10)가 가공면(S) 전체와 맞물리고, 경사진 환형단부(10b) 가 플랜지에서 덮개가 돌발적으로 떨어지는 것을 방지하도록 되며, 상기 공정장치(M)의 각각은 상기 덮개(109에서 개구된 끝단(12e)까지 연장된 기다란 관형생크(12)로 구성되고, 상기 관형생크는 덮개(10)에서 개구된 끝단(12e)에 걸쳐 실질적으로 속이 비어 있으며, 그 길이는 플랜지(F)을 관통하여 연장되는 볼트구멍(14)의 길이보다 짧게됨을 특징으로하는 플랜지 보호장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 플랜지 사이 환형홈(22)을 실질적으로 메꿀 수 있도록, 상기 덮개(10)의 상기 한쪽면에 일체로 형성된 환형리지(16)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 플랜지 보호장치.
