제1도는 트리폴리인산나트륨제조를 위한 장치의 단면도이다.
Claims (11)
- a) Na/P의 전체몰비가 1064∼1.70을 갖는 모노 및 디소딕 오드로인산나트륨의 용액을 제조하고, b) 높은 운동량을 갖는 뜨거운 기체상의 회전유동으로 구성되고 c) 기체상에 의해 상기 오르도인산염 용액을 열처리 및 분산을 일으키도록 회전유동의 상기 압축지역속에 단계 a)에서 제조된 오르도 인산염 용액을 유입하여 트리폴리인산염을 제조하고, d) 단계 c)에서 얻어진 생성물을 완전하게 열처리함을 특징으로 하는, 높은 수화속도를 갖는 트리폴리인산나트륨의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 완전한 열처리가 0.5∼10초간에 걸쳐 연속적인 방식에서 효과적임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 완전한 열처리가 1∼60분간에 걸쳐 비연속적인 방식으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 및 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 단계 c)에서 재인용된 처리는 300∼450℃의 온도에서 효과적임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 및 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 단계 d)에서 재인용된 처리는 400∼500℃의 온도에서 효과적임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항∼5항중 어느 한항에 따라, 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 90℃이상, 바람직하게는 95℃이상의 온도에서 1분에 1개의 ROH를 갖는 트리폴리인산나트륨.
- 제6항에 있어서, 그의 점성도가 1.5이하, 바람직하게는 1.2mA 또는 150 바람직하게는 120mV염을 특징으로 하는 트리폴리인산나트륨.
- 제6항 및 7항중 어느 한항에 따라 세제로 사용하기 위한 트리폴리인산염의 용도.
- 제6항 및 7항중 어느 한항에 따라, TPP가 25∼75%, 제올라이트 A 및 X가 75∼25%임을 특징으로 하는 TPP를 구성하는 상호-증강제.
- 제7항 및 8항중 어느 한항에 따라, TPP10∼80%, 계면활성제 1∼20%, 여러화합물 10∼30%, 물 20∼60%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 TPP를 구성하는 분무슬러리.
