CONSTITUTION: In a cooling agent consisting of 100pts.wt. efforescent hydrated, Na salt (A) such as Na2SO4.10H2O with 30W80pts.wt. inorg. salt (B) with negative heat of solution such as NH4NO3 or urea, 0.5W30wt%, based on said cooling agent, inorg. fine powder (C) such as a fine silica powder or asbestos powder to either one of the component A or B, to obtain a cooling agent mixt. with excellent long-term cooling performance.
USE: Useful as a cooling agent for an ice box and a wet compress.
