Claims (1)

  1. 상부 개구를 가진 단열용기와, 개구를 패쇄하는 덮개와, 단열용기의 저면을 관통하는 저온 액화가스유출구와, 덮개를 관통하여 단열용기내로 삽입된 저온 액화가스의 액면제어 센서 삽입관과, 덮개에 개구된 기화가스 배출관과, 단열용기내에 위치시킨 압력 완충용 용기와, 덮개를 관동하여 압력 완충용 용기내로 삽입된 저온액화 가스 공급관 및 기화가스 배출관과, 압력 완층용 용기에 형성된 저온 액화가스 유출구와, 저온 액화가스 공급관을 거쳐 삽입된 액면제어 센서로부터의 신호로서 개폐되는 개폐 밸브로 이루어진 저온액화가스 정량 유출장치.
