Claims (5)

  1. 0-니트로벤즈 알데하이드 10 내지 30% 및 m-니트로벤즈 알데하이드 70 내지 90% 함유하는 니트로화 벤즈 알데하이드의 혼합물을 상응하는 아세탈로 전환시키고 0-니트로 벤즈 알데하이드 아세탈은 증류에 의해 제거한 후 니트로 벤즈 알데하이드를아세탈로부터 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 0-니트로 벤즈알데하이드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 벤즈 알데하이드의 니트로화 혼합물을 실온에서 무수알콜, 산매질에서 아세탈화시키고 아세탈 혼합물은 110내지 180℃에서 분별증류시킨 후 아세탈 그룹은 통상의 방법으로 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 니트로화혼합물의 아세탈화를 염산하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 아세탈 그룹의 분리는 10 내지 60℃에서 황산존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 분별증류는 욕온도 150 내지 190℃내지 충진된 칼럼을 통해 수행함을 특징으로 하는 법.
