Claims (11)
- 압전 변환 장치에 있어서, 두 양쪽 주 표면을 포함하고서 소정의 공진 주파수를 나타내는 압전 구동장치는 전기 에너지를 음ㅎ야에너지로 변화시키며, 구동장치의 공진 주파수 보다 낮은 주파수에서 공진되도록 한 치수를 갖고서 적어도 하나의 개구부를 포함하는 제1 공진 구조물을 음향학적으로 주표면의 하나에 결합되며, 구동장치의 공진 주파수 보다 높은주파수에서 공진 되도록한 치수를 갖고서 적어도 하나의 개구부를 포함하는 제2공진 구조물은 또다른 주표면이 하나에 음향학적으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 변환장치.
- 제1항에 따른 압전변환장치에 있어서, 제1공진 구조물이 헬름홀쯔 공진기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 변환장치.
- 제1항에 따른 압전변환장치에 있어서, 제2 공진 구조물이 헬름홀쯔 공진기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 변환장치.
- 제2항에 따른 압전변환장치에 있어서, 제1공진 구조물이 헬름홀쯔 공진기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 변환장치.
- 제1항에 따른 압전변환장치에 있어서, 압전 구동장치가 단구조체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전변환장치.
- 제1항에 따른 압전 변환 장치에 있어서, 압전 구동장치가 2중 구조체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 변환장치.
- 제1항에 따른 압전 변환 장치에 있어서, 압전 구동장치가 다중 구조체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 변환장치.
- 압전 변환장치에 있어서, 제1소정의 공진 주파수를 나타내고 양쪽 주표면을 갖는 압전 구동장치는 이 장치에 인가된 전기신호를 각각의 주표면으로 부터 방사하는 음향에너지로 변환시키며, 구동장치의 한쪽 표면에 음향학적으로 결합되는 제1헬름홀쯔 공진장치는 제1공진 주파수 보다 낮은 제2 공진 주파수에 공진하기 위하여 적당한 치수를 가지며, 구동기의 나머지 주 표면에 음향학적으로 결합되는 제2헬름홀쯔 공진장치는 제1 공진파수 보다 높은 제3공진 주파수에 공진되기 위한 적당한 치수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전변환장치.
- 제8항에 따른 압전 변환장치에 있어서, 압전 구동장치가 단구조체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 변환장치.
