Claims (14)
- 로듐염이나 하이드라진과의 착화합물 또는 그들염의 반응을 포함하는 새롭고 안정한 균일성 수소와 반응의 로듐촉매 제조방법 및 그들의 이용법.
- 제1항에 있어서 로듐과 터시아리포스핀의 착화합물의 구조는 PR1R2R3이미, 여기서 R1과 R2는 페닐, 치환된페닐 또는 디메틸아미노기이며, R3는 페닐, 치환된페닐, 알킬, 아랄킬, 벤질이나 디메칠아미노기이어야 하며, 또 이들 착화합물은 R′1R′2N.NR′3R′4구조식을 갖는 하이드라진이나 그들의 염과 함께 반응시키며 이때 R′1은 저급알킬, 페닐, 벤젠술폰닐기나 수소이며, R′2N.NR′3와 R′4는 저급알킬기나 수소이며 단 R′1이 페닐이나 벤젠술포닐기인 경우에는 R′2N.NR′3와 R′4는 반드시 수소이어야만 하며 이때 반응조건은 위에서 설명한 터시아리포스핀이 과량존재하고 유기용매 존재하에서 반응매질의 온도가 0℃와 환류온도사이에서 반응이 완결될때까지 행하며, 그후 언급된 촉매는 혼합할 수 있는 비-용매의 첨가로 단리 여과한다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하이드라진과 반응할 착화합물은 트리스(트리페닐포스핀)클로로로듐(I)이나 트리스-[트리스-(디메틸아미노)-포스핀] 클로로로듐(I)일것.
- 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 하이드라진은 하이드라진 그 자체이며, 적합하게는 모노하이드레이트형태일 것.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유기용매는 메탄올, 에탄올, 푸로판올, 푸로판-2-올, 부탄올, 2-메틸-푸로판-2-올과 같은 저급알콜이나 테트라하이드로푸란과 같은 싸이클릭에테르인 것.
- 제1항에 있어서 로듐염은 다음과 같은 구조식을 갖는 R′1R′2N.NR′3R′4하이드라진이나, 그들의 염과 반응하며, 여기서 R′1R′2N.NR′3R′4는 위에서 설명한 바와 같으며, 이때 반응은 다음 구조식 PR1R2R3을 갖는 터시아리 포스핀 존재하에서 행하여지며, 여기서 R1R2R3는 위에서 설명한것과 같고 또 이때 반응에는 불활성인 물과 유기용매의 혼합물 존재하에서 반응매질의 온도가 20℃와 환류온도 사이에서 1-5시간동안 행하여지며, 전술한 촉매가 여과나비-용매첨가에 의하여 얻어진 후에는 여과가 뒤따른 다른것.
- 제6항에 있어서, 로듐염은 그것이 트리하이드레이트인 로듐트리클로라이드인 것.
- 제6항에 있어서하이드라진 그 자체나 페닐하이드라진, 벤젠설포닐하이드라진, N,N-디메틸하이드라진, N,N′-디메틸하이드라진이나 테트라메틸하이드라진이나 그들의 염인 것.
- 제6항에 있어서, 하이드라진은 화학양론적으로 과량존재할 것.
- 제6항에 있어서, 터시아리포스핀은 트리페닐포스핀이나 트리스-(디메틸아미노)-포스핀인 것.
- 제6항에 있어서, 존재하는 로듐의 각몰 당 사용되는 터시아리포스핀의 몰비는 1-2.5몰 사이일 것.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유기용매는 아세톤, 부탄-2-온과 같은 저급 디-알킬케톤이나 메탄올, 에탄올, 푸로판올, 푸로판-2-올, 부탄올, 2-메틸-푸로판-2-올과 같은 저급알콜이나, 테트라하이드로푸란 디옥산과 같은 에테르아세토이트릴과 같은 유기성니트릴, 디메틸포름아미드와 같은 디-알킬아미드일 것.
- 시아리포스핀의 존재유무에 관계없이 6-데옥시-6-데메틸-6-메틸렌-테트라싸이클린이나 그들의 염으로부터 또 터시아리포스핀 존재하에 촉매수소화 반응에 의한 11α-클로로-6-데옥시-6-데메틸-6-메틸렌테트라싸이클린이나 그들의 염으로부터 고수율 고순도의 α-6-데옥시-테트라싸이클린을 제조하는 신규의 개량된 균일 수소화반응은 촉매가 제1항에 의하여 제조되는 신규 촉매인 것이 특징적이며, 뒤에 생성되는 순수한 α-6-데옥시테트라싸이클린은, p-톨루엔설포닉에시드를 과량 첨가하므로서 반응혼합물로부터 결정형 p-톨루엔설포네이트로 직접 회수하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 수소화될 기질에 대한 수소화반응을 이행하는데 촉매중에 들어있는 로듐금속의 양은 0.0007% 이하일 것.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
