본 고안은 색소지 조성이 반점소지를 첨가하여서 된 표층부를 타일소지와 용융 접합하여 타일을 성형시키는 것에 관한 것이다.
종래 일반적인 타일은 타일소지 조성과 색소지 조성을 혼합하여 270-280kg/cm2의 압력으로 성형하여 1250℃에서 소성하여 타일을 제조하였던 바, 색소지 조성 또는 색소지 조성에 반점소지를 혼합하는 경우 생산원가가 높을 뿐 아니라 타일 자체가 균일하거나 획일적인 것이어서 다양한 문양의 타일을 제공하지 못하는 등의 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 종래의 결점을 개량하여 타일의 제조원가를 절감하고 저렴한 가격으로 다양한 타일을 제공함을 목적으로 안출한 것으로서 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
타일소지 조성(1)의 상부에 색소지 조성(2)에 반점소지(3)를 혼합하여서 된 표층부(A)로서 색소지 조성(2)은 도석 15%, 카올린 4%, 장석 25%, 잡석 15%, 도석 15%, 샤모트 6%, 점토 18%와 핑크색안료(M-450) 1.6% 및 루타일(M-30) 0.4%이고, 반점소지(3)는 점토 75%, MnO215%, Fe2O310%, ZnO 10%를 혼합 용융 접합시켜 표면부에 ""형의 돌기(4)를 돌설하여서 된 것이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 색소지 조성(2)에 반점소지(3)를 혼합하여 타일소지 조성(1)과 용융 접합하므로서 고가의 색소지 조성(2)가 반점소지(3)를 절약하게 되어 타일의 제조 원가를 절감하게 하고 타일의 표면부에 돌설된 돌기는 외관의 미적, 의장적 효과를 향상하고 또 내열성 및 내충격성등이 강하여 내장재로서도 적합한 효과가 있고, 타일의 다양한 문양을 제공하는 작용효과가 있다.

  1. 타일소지 조성(1)의 상부에 색소지 조성(2)에 반점소지(3)를 혼합하여서 된 표층부(A)로서 색소지조성(2)은 도석 15% 카올린 4%, 장석 25%, 납석 15%, 도석 15%, 샤모트 6%, 점토 18%와 핑크색안료(M-450) 1.6% 및 루타일(M-30) 0.4%이고 반점소지(3)는 점토 75%, MnO215%, Fe2O310%, ZnO 10%를 혼합 용융접합 하여서 된 타일.
