Claims (17)
- 일반식(Ⅴ)의 금속알콕시 할라이드(A)와 일반식(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ),(Ⅲ) 또는 (Ⅳ)에서 선택한 실리콘 화합물(B)가 2:1 내지 1:10의 몰비인 배위착물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 디카르복실산 화합물과 지방족글리콜과의 고형 섬유 형성 폴리에스테르 또는 코폴리에스테르 제조용 폴리에스테르 촉매상기에서, M은 티티늄, 아연, 게르마늄, 주석, 납 및 안티몬 중의 적어도 하나이고; R은 일반식(Ⅴ)에서는 1내지 20의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴, 및 할로겐이고, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서는 메틸, 에틸, 부틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 부톡시 또는 트리메틸실록시이며; a 및 b 1 내지 3의 값을 갖는 정수이고;(a+b)의 합은 정수 4이하이고[단 M이 안티몬이면 a는 1 내지 4의 값을 갖는 정수이고 (a+b)의 합은 5이하이며];일반식(Ⅴ)에서 X는, F, Cl, Br 또는 I중의 하나이고, W는 CH2=CX- 또는이고; 이때 R*는 1 내지 4의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 또는 할로알킬이고 X는 수소 또는 메틸(단 m이 1일 때는 메틸)이며;R**는 메틸, 에틸, 부틸, 아세톡시, 메톡시, 에톡시 또는 부톡시이고;R'은 메틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 부톡시, 또는 트리메틸실록시이고; R"는 메톡시, 에톡시, 부톡시, 트리메틸실록시 또는 비닐 디메틸실록시이고; R"'는 메틸, 에틸, 부틸 또는 트리메틸시릴이고; Me는 메틸이고; Z는 메틸 또는 W이고; Q는 NCCH2-, NH2CH2NHCH2-, NC-, HS- 또는 H.SCH2CH2S-그룹이고;n 은 2 내지 5의 값을 갖는 정수이고; m은 0 또는 1의 값을 갖는 정수이고; 일반식(Ⅲ)에서 x는 1내지 100의 값을 갖는 정수이며; 그리고 y는 1 내지 100의 값을 갖는 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 화합물(B)이 다음 일반식의 화합물의 폴리에스테르화 촉매.상기 일반식에서 W, R, R', R", n 및 m은 상기과 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 화합물(B)이 다음 일반식의 화합물인 폴리에스테르화 촉매상기 일반식에서 Me, W 및 Z는 상기와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 화합물(B)이 다음 일반식의 화합물인 폴리에스테르화 촉매상기 일반식에서 Me, W, R"', x 및 y는 상기와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 화합물(B)이 다음 일반식의 화합물인 폴리에스테르화 촉매상기 일반식에서 Q 및 R**는 상기와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 화합물(B)이 디에톡시 포스포릴 에틸 메틸 디에톡시실란인 폴리에스테르화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 화합물(B)이 3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란인 폴리에스테르화 촉매.
