제2도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 휠과 멘트 권선을 감아 제작한 부분을 도시한 정면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 세로방향의 감김축에 관하여 회전하는 모형에 권선들을 가지런히 감아 제품을 제작하는 방법에 있어서, a) 먼저, 모형(16)상에 제1, 제2, 제3스테이숀(50, 55, 60)을 구성하고, 제2스테이숀(55)는 제1스테이숀(50)과 제3스테이숀(6) 사이에 배치되고, 제1스테이숀(50)에서 모형의 둘레(길이)는 상기한 제3스테이숀(6)에서보다 더 크게 되고, b) 다음에, 모형(16)상에 제1스테이숀(50)에 휠라멘트 권선이 감기지 않는 부분들이 남아 있는 반면에 제2스테니숀(55)의 부분들은 요구되어지는 두께로 완전히 감기게 될 때까지 연속적으로 권선(25)을 감으며, C) 상기한 모형 (16)의 제1스테이숀(50) 부분이 요구되어지는 두께로감겨질때까지 제1스테이숀(50)과 제2스테이숀(55) 사이부분을 계속 감는 상술한 단계를 거쳐 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 휠라멘트 권선(25)가 제1스테이숀(50)과 제3스테이숀(60) 사이 그리고 제1스테이숀(50)과 제2스테이숀(55)사이에 감기는 동안 감김축을 따라 모형(16)에 대해서 직선 왕복운동을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 소기한 모형(16)에 권선(25)를 감을 때 모형(16)의 회전방향이 역행됨에 따라 권선(25)의 (왕복)변위방향이 변화하는 즉 상기 모형이 회전하면서 직선 왕복 운동하면서 권선의 감김각을 일정하게 하여 권선을 감는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있오소, 제2스테이숀(55)에서 권선의 요구되어지는 감김 두께가 휠라멘트 권선(25)의 한층 두께와 같게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 모형(16)과 권선(25) 사이에 회전운동방향이 일정하게 유지되어, 권선(25)의 직선왕복운동 변위에 따라, 감기는 권선이 이미 감긴 권선에 벗겨서 감기게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 제1스테이숀(50)에서 평행한 권선(25)들 사이에 간격으로 하여 모형 표면이 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
