Claims (5)
- 최소한 제1 및 제2의 가변용량형의 유압펌프와, 상기 제1의 펌프와 제1의 밸브수단을 거쳐 유압결합하여 그것에 의해 구동되는 제1의 유압작동기와, 상기 제1 및 제2의 펌프에 각각 제2 및 제3의 밸브수단을 거쳐 선택적으로 유압 결합하여 그것에 의해 구동되는 제2의 유압작동기 등을 갖는 유압회로장치의 제어시스템으로서, 상기 제2의 작동기에 대한 조작신호가 들어왔을 때 제1의 펌프가 사용되고 있지 않을 때는 제1의 펌프가 제2의 펌프에 우선하여 제1의 작동기에 유압결합하고, 제1의 펌프가 제2의 작동기에 유압결합하고 있을 때는 제1의 작동기에 대한 조작신호가 들어오면 제1의 작동기가 제2의 작동기에 우선하여 유압결합되는 한편 제2의 작동기는 제2의 펌프에 유압 결합되도록 유압 결합의 우선 순위가 미리 설정되고 있는 한편 상기 제1의 펌프의 유압결합이 제2의 작동기로부터 제1의 작동기로 변할 때에는 제1의 펌프의 토출량을 일단 "0"으로 복귀시킨 후 그것을 행하도록 제1의 펌프의 토출량과 제1의 밸브수단의 절환이 제어되도록 된 제어시스템에 있어서, 상기 제1의 작동기에 대한 조작신호가 들어왔을 때 제1의 펌프가 제2의 작동기에 유압결합되어 있는지의 여부를 판정하여 제1의 펌프가 제2의 작동기에 유압결합되어 있을 때에는 제1의 펌프의 토출량이 "0"으로 복귀하기 시작하면 동시에 제2의 작동기로서의 유입량의 감소를 백업하는 것을 지시하는 제1의 수단과, 상기 백업 지시에 따라 제3의 밸브수단을 개 위치로 절환하는 것을 지시하는 제2의 수단과, 백업 지시에 따라 제2의 펌프의 토출을 개시시키는 것을 지시하는 제3의 수단 등을 갖는 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백업의 지시에 따라 제1의 펌펌의 토출량이 "0"으로 복귀할 때의 토출량 변화비율의 절대값과 제2의 펌프가 토출을 개시한 후의 토출량 변화비율의 절대값을 실질적으로 동일하게 하고, 또 이들 펌프의 통상 작동시에 있어서의 토출량의 최대변화 비율보다도 큰 것으로 하는 것을 지시하는 제4의 수단을 갖는 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3의 수단은 제2의 작동기에 대한 조작신호에 의거하여 제1 및 제2의 펌프의 목표 토출량을 결정하는 수단과, 상기 백업의 지시가 없을 때에는 목표토출량을 제1의 펌프의 것으로 선택하는 수단과, 백업의 지시가 있을 때에는 제1의 펌프의 목표토출량으로서 "0"을 선택하면 동시에 상기 결정수단의 목표 토출량을 제2의 펌프의 것으로서 선택하는 수단 등을 갖는 제어시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제4의 수단은 각각 제1 및 제2의 펌프의 통상 작동시에 있어서의 토출량의 최대변화비율을 미리 설정한 제1 및 제2의 수단과, 상기 최대변화 비율보다도 큰 백업 작동시의 토출량 변화 비율을 미리 설정한 제3의 수단과, 상기 백업의 지시가 있을 때에 제1 및 제2의 펌프의 최대토출량 변화 비율로서 각각 제3의 수단의 설정값을 선택하는 수단과, 상기 선택된 설정값의 어느 일방을 부(負)의 값으로 반전시키는 수단 등을 갖는 제어시스템.
