제1도는 고로(高爐) 송풍구에 대한 미분탄 기송장치 예의 전체개요 설명도. 제3도는 본 발명의 1 실시예를 표시한 측단면 설명도. 제6도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예를 표시한 요부측 단면설명도.

Claims (5)

  1. 관로를 통하여 기체에 의해 반송되어온 미분탄을 통상 본체의 하부중앙으로부터 유입시켜, 이것을 이 통상본체의 상단 원형벽 내면의 중앙부에 충돌시켜서 방사상으로 분류 변류시키고 또한 이 통상본체의 측주벽(側周壁) 내면에 따라서 하강시키며 이 측 주벽의 내주면에 따라서 소정간격으로 설치된 개구부에 그의 입구단이 접속된 분배지관에 분배 유출시키도록 구성한 분배장치에 있어서, 상기 각 분배지관의 입구에 보조관의 후부를 삽입 장착하여 이 보조관의 전부(前部)를 이 분배지관의 입구로부터 상기 통상본체 중심으로 향하여 돌출시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 기송미분탄 분배장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 보조관을 분배지관의 입구에 진퇴 이동 가능하게 삽입 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 기송미분탄 분배장치.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서 분배지관의 출구측 압력과 통상 본체내 압력과의 차압(差壓)을 검출하여 이 차압과 미리 설정해둔 기준차압과의 비교결과에 따라서 이 분배지관 입구의 보조관의 전단 돌출장치를 표시 또는 조절하는 장치를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 기송미분탄 분배장치.
  4. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서 각 분배지관 내의 미분탄 유량을 검출하는 동시에 이들의 평균치에 대한 분배율을 구하고 이차에 따라서 이 분배지관 입구의 보조관의 전단 돌출위치를 표시 또는 조절하는 장치를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 기송미분탄 분배장치.
