제1도는 본 발명에 따른 스트랩 힌지(strap hinge) 및 베아링 조립체의 전개도, 제2도는 도어가 폐쇄위치에 있을 때 콘테이너의 바로 위에 장착된 스트랩 힌지 및 베아링 조립체의 상면도, 제3도는 제2도의 방향 A-A의 단면도, 제4도는 도어가 개방 위치에 있을 때 제2도에서와 같이 장착된 조립체의 상면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 도어를 폐쇄시킬 때, 힌지 베아링(1)의 일체부분을 구성하는 2개의 턱부분(22, 23)사이에 내단부(17)의 고착부와 스트랩 힌지(2) 승강시키고, 동시에 상기 내단부가 상기 힌지 베아링을 누르는 장치(17, 14, 13)을 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 콘테이너나 자동차 도어의 스트랩 힌지 및 베아링 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스트랩 힌지의 내부부분이 뒷부분(17)과 견부핀(18)을 포함하고, 힌지 베아링이 C형으로 되어 있고 이것의 수평지(5, 6)이 상기 견부핀의 견부용 공동하우징(7, 8)을 포함하며 직립지(4)가 상기 수평지보다 폭이 좁게 되어, 이 폭 차이가 2개의 턱부분(22, 23)을 정하고, 최소한 저부턱부분(22)는 저부 수평지(5)보다 두께(13)이 증가되며, 최소한 턱부분과 상기 뒷부분(17)의 저부 부분이 도어(30)의 폐쇄시에 뒷부분(17)을 승강시킬 수 있도록 각 테이퍼부분(14, 20)과 결합하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트랩 힌지 및 베아링 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공동하우징이 외향으로 개방되고 리세스부분(9, 10, 11)을 나타내는 형태로 힌지의 수평지(5, 6)상에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 스트랩 힌지 및 베아링 조립체.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 힌지 베아링의 직립지(4)가 스트랩 힌지(2)가 도어의 최대 개방위치(제4도)에 인접하도록 외측면상에 배치된 경사부분(12)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트랩 힌지 및 베아링 조립체.
