Claims (4)

  1. 사각포켓을 갖는 공구고정체에 착설되는 절삭인서어트에 있어서, 상기 인서어트가 평행한 두 주측면을 가지며, 상기 주측면이 사각형이고, 한 측면이 상기 사각주측면의 평행한 변부에 연결되어 있으며, 체장한 네가티브형 절삭인변이 상기 주측면의 각 모서리에 형성되어 있고, 상기 각 절삭인변은 주측면의 변부로부터 요입형성되어 있으며, 일측 주측면의 절삭인변은 타측 주측면의 절삭인변에 대하여 90°의 각도로 교차되어 있고, 상기 주측면의 중앙공이 절삭인서어트를 완전히 관통되어 절삭인서어트를 공작물에 대하여 8개의 각절삭인변을 연속 사용할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 8개의 절삭인 변을 갖는 네가티브형 절삭인서어트.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 절삭인변의 기부로부터 절삭인변에 인접한 측면의 표면까지 연장된 만곡면을 포함하는 절삭인서어트.
  3. 청구범위 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 중앙공에 위치하는 상기 각 주측면에 요입부를 포함하여 상기 절삭인서어트를 공구고정체에 착설시 고정스크류의 헤드가 요입부내에 위치되게 중앙공을 통하여 나착됨을 특징으로하는 절삭인서어트.
  4. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 상기 만곡면의 단부면이 상기 만곡면으로부터 인접주측면의 표면까지 만곡연장됨을 특징으로하는 절삭인서어트.
