Claims (10)
- 최소한 한쌍의 전극과, 이 전극간에 충만하는 가스와, 이 가스를 유지하는 기밀용기로 구성되는 가스방전 발광소자의 구동방법에 있어서, 상기 전극을 통해서 상기 가스방전 발광소자내에 전력을 부여하여 방전을 발생시키며, 또한 이 방전의 방사광출력과 주입전력의 비가 감쇠하기 시작하는 시간 근처에서 상기 전력의 주입을 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스방전 발광소자의 구동방법.
- 상기 전력의 주입개시 시각으로부터 주입정지 시각까지의 시간폭이 타운젠트 발광폭의 3배 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 가스방전 발광소자의 구동방법.
- 상기 전력의 주입개시 시각부터 주입정지 시각까지의 시간폭이 0.05μS 이상, 0.3μS 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 가스방전 발광소자의 구동방법.
- 상기 전력의 주입개시 시각부터 주입정지 시각까지의 시간폭이 타운젠트 발광폭의 1/4배 이상 1.5배 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 가스방전 발광소자의 구동방법.
- 상기 전력의 주입개시 시각부터 주입정지시각까지의 시간폭이 0.05μS 이상, 0.3μS 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 가스방전 발광소자의 구동방법.
- 상기 전력으로서 상기 시간폭을 갖는 펄스전압을 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 2~5기재의 가스방전발광소자의 구동방법.
- 상기 펄스전압의 크기가 200V 이상 1000V 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6기재의 가스방전 발광소자의 구동방법.
- 상기 펄스전압의 크기가 200V 이상 400V 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6기재의 가스방전 발광소자의 구동방법.
- 상기 전력의 주입개시 및 정지를 주기적으로 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 가스방전 발광소자의 구동방법.
- 상술한 반복의 주기가 7μS 이상 100μS 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 9기재의 가스방전 발광소자의 구동방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
