제1도는 기체-액체상 이동반응 또는 촉매반응 및 기체-액체상 이동반응의 화합물 위한 층이 규칙적으로 배열된 패킹모듀울의 투시도. 제2도는 기체상 수소와 액체상들간의 수소등위원소교환을 위하여 사용되는 제1도에서 도시한 형태의 패킹모듀울에서 측정한 여러 온도에서의 기체상 유동율에 대한 부피이동율을 도시한 그래프. 제5도는 기체-액체상 이동반응 또는 촉매반응 및 기체-액체상 이동반응의 화합을 위한 다른 층이 규칙적으로 배열된 패킹모듀울의 투시도.
Claims (9)
- 기체-액체상 이동반응을 위한 층이 규칙적으로 배열된 패킹모듀울에 있어서, 로울형태로 함께 감겨져 있는 평면 시이트와 주름진시이트의 교대층에 층의 축을 따라서 연장되며 평면상시이트와 주름진 시이트간에 방해받지 않는 유체상통로를 제공하는 주름이 형성되어 있으며, 이때 평면상시이트는 직조되거나 편직된 또는 펠트된 천과 액체상에 대하여 로울의 양단부 사이에 방해받지 않는 심지통로를 제공하는 심지물질로 이루어져 있고, 또한 주름진시이트는 고분자량을 갖고 있으며 앞에서 설명한 액체상에 대하여 본래 소수성인 유기중합체성 물질을 함유하는 적어도 한 개의 외부표면층을 갖고 있는 개방형의 그물형 물질로 이루어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 층이 규칙적으로 배열된 패킹모듀울.
- 촉매반응 및 기체-액체상 이동반응의 화합을 위한 층이 규칙적으로 배열된 패킹모듀울에 있어서, 로울형태로 함께 감겨진 평면시이트와 주름진시이트의 교대층에 층의 축을 따라 연장되며 평면상시이트와 주름진시이트간에 방해받지 않는 유체통로를 제공하는 주름이 형성되어 있으며, 이때 평면상시이트는 직조되거나 편직된 또는 펠트된 천과 액체상에 대하여 로울의 양단부 사이에 방해받지 않는 심지통로를 제공하는 심지물질로 이루어져 있으며, 주름진 시이트는 개방형의 그물형담체, 그물형담체상에 피복된 외부표면층, 고분자량을 갖고 있으며 액체상에 대하여 본래 소수성인 유기중합체성 물질을 함유하는 최외부표면층 및, 주기율표 제8족 원소로 부터 선택한 적어도 한가지 원소로 된 촉매결정자 등으로 이루어져 있고, 또한 결정자들은 다공질 매트릭스내에 분산되고 부분적으로 노출되어 있으므로 다공질 매트릭스는 실제로 기체상과 수증기의 접촉을 허용하는 반면 액체상들과 결정자들의 접촉을 저지하는 층이 규칙적으로 배열된 패킹모듀울.
- 제2항에 있어서, 고분자량을 지닌 유기중합체성 물질은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌이고 촉매는 표면적이 큰 탄소분자상에 침전된 백금결정자들로 이루어져 있으며 이러한 부분적으로 백금이 입혀진 탄소분자들이 다공질 매트릭스에 분산되는 층이 규칙적으로 배열된 패킹모듀울.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주름이 모듀울의 중심 수직면에 대하여 예각으로써 하향으로 경사진 통로를 따라 연장되므로 충전된 주상체내에 있는 교대층 모듀울이 중심수직면에 대하여 예각으로써 오른쪽 방향으로 또한 그 다음에는 왼쪽방향으로 하향으로 경사져서 지그-재그형으로 하향으로 연장되는 방해받지 않는 유체통로를 제공하는 층이 규칙적으로 배열된 패킹모듀울.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 친수성의 평면상시이트가 톱니가 있거나 또는 핑킹(pinking)된 하단부를 갖고 있는 층이 규칙적으로 배열된 패킹모듀울.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 친수성의 평면상시이트가 면 및 유리섬유 등으로 부터 선택한 재질로 이루어져 있는 층이 규칙적으로 배열된 패킹모듀울.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주름진시이트에 실제로 균일하게 일정한 간격을 유지하는 직경이 3mm 정도인 작은 통공이 있는 층이 규칙적으로 배열된 패킹모듀울.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주름진시이트가 서로 평행하게 위치하는 다수의 유사한 주름진시이트들 중의 하나이며, 한겹의 평면상시이트의 띠폭과 함께 감겨져서 평면상시이트의 띠폭전체에 감겨진 다수의 주름진시이트를 함유하는 층이 규칙적으로 배열된 패킹모듀울.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 평면상시이트가 주름진 시이트의 연속된 띠폭과 감겨진 다수의 유사한 평면상시이트들 중의 하나이고 인접한 평면상시이트의 가장자리에 중복단부를 갖고 있는 층이 규칙적으로 배열된 패킹모듀울.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
