Claims (9)
- 강하게 수화된, 젤라틴성의 금속 산화물의 액체 슬러리를, 상기 기존물질에 실질적으로 균일하게 건조되도록 연마하여 유기물수용성이 되도록하는 첫번째피복 후, 탄소원자를 포함하는 결합성분을 1차 피복위에 덧칠하여 물과 기름을 배척토록하는 것을 특징으로하는 기존물질에 물과 기름의 배척력을 갖는 물질을 피복하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 수화된 산화물이 질코늄, 알루미늄, 철, 크로뮴, 주석, 티타늄으로 부터 선택된 금속으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 결합성분은, 알코홀, 케톤, 탄화수소, 염소처리된 탄화수소, 지방산, 지방산비누, 자연유실리콘, 탄화불소 그리고 그로부터의 조성으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 표면의 피복물은 투명하고 내마모성을 가지며, 산화물은 질코늄, 주석, 크로뮴 또는 철의 산화물인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 강하게 수화된 젤라틴성의 금속 산화물의 액체 슬러리를 상기 기본물질에 실질적으로 균일하게 연마하여 슬유기질-수용성의 1차 피복을 형성 한후, 상기 1차 피복위에 탄소 원자를 포함하는 결합성분을 덧칠하여 물과 기름의 배척력을 갖게하여, 물과 기름에 대한 배척력과 마모에 대한 저항력을 갖도록 표면을 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기질의 기본물질.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기심하게 수화된 금속산화물이 지르코늄 산화물이며, 상기 혼합화합물이 스테아르산인 것을 특징으로하는 피복된 기본물질.
- 기본물질을 실질적으로 건조되도록 문지렀을 때, 강하게 수화된 젤라틴성의 금속 산화물의 슬러리는 강화된 연마력을 갖는 다는 것과, 상기 슬러리는, 액체 매개물의 0.2%의 양을 넘지 않는 만큼의 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 포함한다는 것과, 상기 슬러리에 윤활성을 충분히 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리.
- 기본물질의 표면을 균일하게 문지름으로서 실질적으로 건조시킨다는 단일단계에 의해, 수용성의 기존물질로 만들므로서 표면층을 물과 기름에 대한 배척력과 마모에 대한 방지력을 갖게하는데 액체 피복성분이 유용하다는 것, 상기 조성은 강하게 수화된 젤라틴성의 금속 산화물로 제조된 액체현탁액이라는 것, 불활성의 현탁 작용액이라는 것, 그리고 결합조성은 탄소원자를 포함하고 상기 현탁작용액에 친화력을 갖는 다는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 피복 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 약 0.12중량%의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜윤활유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
