Claims (4)
- 액화천연가스와 함께 다성분 혼합물을 적어도 부분적으로 액화시키고, 그 부분적으로 액화된 다성분 혼합물을 높은 압력으로 가압하고, 그 가압된 다성분 혼합물을 가열하여 증기를 형성시키고, 그 증기를 팽창수단을 통해 팽창시키고, 그 팽창수단으로부터 동력을 회수하는 단계들로 구성된 액화천연가스의 기화로부터 동력을 회수하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 가압된 다성분 혼합물을 가열하여 2-상(相)혼합물을 형성하고, 그 2-상 혼합물을 증기와 액체로 분리하고, 상기 증기를 제1팽창기에서 팽창시켜, 그 팽창된 증기와 상기 상 분리기로부터의 액체를 밸브를 통해 팽창시킴에 의해 형성된 2-상 혼합물을 가열하고, 그 결과의 증기를 제2팽창기에 통과시켜, 제1 및 제2팽창기로부터 동력을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화 천연가스의 기화로부터 동력을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다성분 혼합물이 메탄, 에틸렌, 프로판 및 질소를 포함하는 상기 방법.
- 액화천연가스를 가온하고 다성분 혼합물을 적어도 부분적으로 액화시키기 위한 주 열교환기, 상기 적어도 부분적으로 액화된 다성분 혼합물을 가압하기 위한 적어도 하나의 펌프, 상기 부분적으로 액화된 다성분 혼합물을 가열하여 증기를 생성하는 가열수단, 상기 증기를 팽창시킬 수 있는 팽창수단 및 상기 팽창수단으로부터 동력을 회수하는 수단으로 구성된 액화천연가스의 기화로부터 동력을 회수하는 장치에 있어서 상기 가열수단 및 상기 팽창수단이 상기 적어도 부분적으로 액화된 다성분 혼합물을 가온하여 증기상 및 액체상을 생성하는 열교환기와 상기 증기상을 상기 액체상으로부터 분리하는 분리기와 제1팽창기와, 상기 상분리기로부터 증기를 제1팽창기로 이송하는 도관, 상기 상분리기로부터의 액체를 팽창시켜 2-상 혼합물을 생성할 수 있는 팽창밸브와, 상기 2-상 혼합물을 기화하고 상기 제1팽창기로부터의 상기 증기를 가열하는 제2열교환기와, 제2팽창기 및 상기 제2열교환기로부터 증기를 제2팽창기로 이송하는 도관으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스의 기화로부터 동력을 회수하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 상 분리기로부터의 증기를 제1팽창기로 들어가기 전에 가열하기 위한 제3열교환기를 포함하는 상기 장치.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
