Claims (32)
- 전해 불활성, 전기전도성 전기촉매 층을 열풍 분무에 의해 전기전도성 기제에 적용한 복합전극에 있어서, 상기 층은 붕소, 밸브 금속 및 철족금속의 산화물, 질화물, 인화물, 규화물, 붕화물과 탄화물로부터 선정된 매트릭스 물질의 분말이며, 상기 철족금속에 백금족 금속, 철족금속과 매트릭스 입자의 크기지수가 적어도 1만큼 작은 입자를 갖는 그들의 산화물로 부터 선정되는 금속의 전기 촉매적으로 활성인 입자를 균일하게 증착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 전도성기제가 흑연, 금속 및 그들의 합금으로부터 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 매트릭스 입자가 밸브 금속 산화물과 탄화물로부터 선정되며 전기촉매적 입자는 백금 입자층의 1-5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제3항에 있어서, 밸브금속이 티탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제3항에 있어서, 매트릭스 입자는 준화학양론적 산화물이고 백금입자는 층의 1-3중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제5항에 있어서, 매트릭스 입자가 백금족 입자보다 20-50배 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 매트릭스 입자가 철산화물 입자이고 전기촉매 입자가 백금 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제7항에 있어서, 매트릭스입자가 자철석인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제1 또는 3항에 있어서, 층이 기계적 내성을 갖는 입자층 5-50중량%를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제9항에 있어서, 전기촉매제의 양이 층 내부로부터 층외부로 증가하도록 매트릭스위의 전기촉매적 활성 입자가 층에 분산된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 막 또는 격막을 선택적으로 갖는 내부 전극 간격을 형성하는 양극 및 음극과 함께 하우징으로 구성된 전기촉매적 전지에 있어서, 양극 또는 음극이 청구범위 1의 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제11항에 있어서, 전기전도성 기제가 흑연, 금속 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제11항에 있어서, 매트릭스 입자가 밸브금속산화물과 탄화물로부터 선정되고 전기촉매적 입자가 백금입자층 중 1-5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제11항에 있어서 밸브금속이 티탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제11항에 있어서, 매트릭스가 준화학양론적 티탄 산화물이고 백금입자가 층의 1-3중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제11항에 있어서, 매트릭스 입자는 백금족 입자보다 20-50배 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이블.
- 제11항에 있어서, 매트릭스 입자가 산화철 입자이고 전기 촉매적 입자는 백금입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.

- 두 전극사이에 전해질을 갖는 양극과 음극에 전기분해 전류를 인가함으로서 염화물이온 또는 황산염 이온을 함유하는 수용성 전해질을 전기분해하는 방법에 있어서, 양극 또는 음극중 적어도 하나가 청구범위 1의 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기분해 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 전기전도성 기질이 흑연, 금속 및 그들의 합금으로부터 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 매트릭스 입자가 밸브금속 산화물과 탄화물로부터 선정되는 전기촉매입자는 백금입자층중 1-5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 밸브 금속이 티탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
