Claims (6)

  1. 기록원반을 수납할 수 있는 보호커버를 소정의 통로에 따라 플레이어 내에 삽입 혹은 인출하기 위한 오토로우딩 장치에 있어서 플레이어내에 회전자재하게 취부되어서 재생중에 기록원반을 지지하는 턴 테이블과, 플레이어내에 보호커버를 출입시키기 위하여 이 플레이어에 형성한 삽입구와, 이 플레이어내에 설치되고, 삽입구와 정렬한 높이의 위치를 가지고 보호커버를 턴테이블위에 통로에 따라 유도하기 위한 한쌍의 가이드레일과, 플레이어내에 있어서 보호커버를 통로에 따라 반송하기 위해, 이 보호커버의 외측면의 일부에 소정의 압압력을 가지고 그 원주외측면이 접하여 회전하는 것처럼 플레이어내에 회전가능하게 취부한 마찰부재로 되는 로울러와, 로울러를 회전시키기 위한 모우터와, 로울러를 일방향으로 회전시킴으로써 보호커버를 삽입종단까지 반송하고, 삽입종단에 달한후, 로울러를 역방향으로 회전시켜서 보호커버를 꺼내는 방향에 반송하는 것처럼 모우터의 회전을 제어하는 장치등으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 오토 로우딩 장치.
  2. 모우터의 회전을 제어하는 장치가, 보호커버가 삽입구를 통하여 삽입된 것에 응동하여 모우터를 일방향으로 회전구동하도록 통로내에 가동접점이 연출한 제 1 스위치와 보호커버가 삽입종단에 응동하여 모우터를 역방향으로 회전하도록 삽입종단부근에 가동접점이 연출한 제 2 스위치와를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제 1 항에 따르는 오토 로우딩장치.
  3. 축방향의 양단에 웜을 고착한 로우딩 축과, 이 로우딩축을 회전구동하는 모우터와 양웜에 각각 물리워져서 서로 역방향으로 회전하는 기어와, 이들 기어를 축방향의 일단에 일체적으로 고착한 한쌍의 로울러를 포함하고, 모우터의 회전을 로울러에 전달하도록 하고, 이들 로울러를 보호커버의 삽입방향과 평행의 양측면에 접하도록 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제 1 항에 따르는 오토 로우딩 장치.
  4. 양단부에 각각 로울러를 그 축방향을 합쳐서 고정한 로우딩축과, 이 로우딩축의 일단부 외주에 일체적으로 고착한 기어와, 이 기어에 맞물려서 회전가능하고 모우터에 의한 회전구동되는 웜과 로우딩축에 고정된 각 로울러의 원주외측면과 소정간격을 두고 원주외측면이 각각 대향하는 것처럼 배치한 제 2 로울러와를 구비하고, 모우터의 회전을 로울러에 전달하도록 하고 로울러 및 제 2 로울러와의 사이에 끼우도록 하여 보호커버가 삽입 혹은 꺼내지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제 1 항에 따르는 오토 로우딩 장치.
  5. 로울러를 소정의 압접력을 가지고 보호커버의 외측면에 접하게 하기 위하여 로울러의 일부가 보호커버의 통로내에 돌출하는 것처럼 부세장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제 1 항에 따르는 오토로우딩 장치.
  6. 보호커버가 꺼내지는 방향으로 반송되고, 이 보호커버가 로울러에서 이탈하는 것에 응동해서 모우터의 회전을 정지시키는 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제 1 항에 따르는 오토 로우딩 장치.
