Claims (9)

  1. 약 80중량%의 물, 0.1중량% 이상의 산성윤활제와 하이드록시 치환 방향족산성분과 방향족 니트로 화합물조성을 함유하는 효과량만큼의 내마모성 첨가제로 구성되어 40℃에서의 점도가 14센티스토크 이상인 것을 특징으로 하여 제조되는 수기준 열전달 유체조성물(water-basedenergy transmitting fluid compo-sition).
  2. 제1항에 있어서 약 20중량% 이상의 물을 함 유하는 수기준 유체조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 내마모성 첨가제가 0.0025g몰/ℓ이상의 하이드록시 치환 방향족산 성분과 0.0025g몰/ℓ의 방향족 니트로 화합물 성분의 혼합물이 사용되는 수기준 유체조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 방향족 니트로 화합물 성분이 니트로 치환 단일환 방향족 산이 수용되는 수기준 유체조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 하이드록시 치환 방향족산 성분이 단일 환 하이드록시-치환 방향족산 또는 하이드록시 치환방향족 카복실산인 수기준 유체조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 산성윤활제로서 6개 이상의 탄소원소를 갖는 포화 및 불포화 카복실산과 폴리카복실산, 방향족 카복실산과 상기 지방족 및 방향족 산의 알카리 알카리 금속염 또는 유기아민염으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선정한 것을 사용하는 수기준 유체조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서 수용성 조성물이 2 내지 14 약 50개 탄소원자를 갖는 글리콜 또는 글리콜 에테르가 약 50중량%에 이르는 수기준 유체조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서 수용성 조성물이 약 5중량% 내지 50중량% 양의 수가용성 중합체 점도 조정제를 함유하는 수기준 유체조성물.
  9. 수기준 열전달 유체중에 하이드록시 치환 방향족산 성분과 방향족 니트로 화합물 성분으로 구성되는 내마모성 첨가제를 효과량 만큼 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 산성윤활제 함유수기준 열전달 유체의 내마모성 및 윤활성을 증대시키는 방법.
