제2도는 수분 증발량을 비교적 크게하도록 되었으며 비교적 산소 요구량이 큰 점액을 사용하는 본 발명의 공정도.
Claims (6)
- (가) 산소를 함유하는 기체존재하에 150-320℃의 온도 및 3550-22,200kpa(500-3200psig)의 압력하에서 점액을 습식산화함에 있어서 공급된 산소가 점액의 산소요구량을 충족하거나 초과하도록하고 점액중의 수분의 최소한 일부를 증발시켜며,(나) 습식산화된 점액으로 부터 무기물 미립자를 분리하여 정화된 물을 만들고,(다) 분리된 무기물은 제거하여 폐기하거나 다시 탈수한 후 폐기하고,(라) (나)단계에서 나온 정화된 물을 채광 또는 처리공정으로 순환 시킴을 특징으로 하는 것으로 일부 가용성 물질을 함유하며 무기 및 유기물로 된 안정하게 분산된 슬러리 점액의 탈수방법.
- 분리된 무기물을 여과단계에서 다시 더 탈수함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 기재된 방법.
- 점액중의 수분의 50%이상의 수분을 증발시컴을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 방법.
- 점액에 보조연료를 첨가한후 습식산화시킴을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항-3항에 기재된 방법.
- 연료로서 코우크스를 사용하는 청구범위 제4항에 기재된 방법.
- 점액으로서는 광미가 있는 연못에서 채취한 농축된 슬러리를 사용하는 청구범위 제1항-5항에 기재된 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
