제1도는 엔진블록에 장치된 본 발명의 윤활유 유체의 여과 및 냉각장치의 축면도.
제2도는 제1도의 윤활유 유체의 냉각장치의 일부절단평면도.
제4도는 본 발명의 여과및 냉각조립체에 사용하는 재치브래킷(mounting bracket)의 정면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 오일흐름회로와 냉매흐름회로를 각각 별도로가진 주프레임, 여과 및 냉각을 하기위하여 내연기과느이 주프레임에서 오일을 배출하는 오일 방출포오트를 구성한 하방향의 외측으로 경사진 측벽, 오일을 회수하기 위하여 오일 방출포오트를 구성하는 내연기관의 오일여과 및 냉각장치에 있어서, 내연기관의 오일 및 냉매가 그 오일 및 냉매흐름회로를 통하여 열교환을 하면서 통과하여 재순환되는 각각의 오일 및 냉매의 흐름통로를 변동할 수 있도록 구성된 오일냉각장치에서 증공체의 종장(從長)을 따라 축방향으로 일정한 공간을 격한 한쌍의 마운트와 중공체를 구성하여 그 한쌍의 마운트가 오일냉각기 입구 및 출구포오트를 각각 형성하고 동일방향으로 중공체의 최대반경범위 보다 더 긴거리로 중공체의 중심종축에서 일정간격을 격하여 평행한 평면에 의한 한쌍의 재치면과 구분되고, 오일냉각기입구 및 출구포오트가 각각 재치면에 개구되어 오일냉각기의 중심종축을 통과하는 수직면과 공통면의 교차에 의해 구분된 교차선에서 오프셋이된 무게중심을 가진 한쌍의 개구로 구분되도록 한 오일냉각장치, 오일을 여과하는 오일필터에 있어서 일단에 위치한 여과된 오일을 방출하기 위한 오일필터출구포오트와 오일필터출구포오트에 대하여 동심(同心)으로 위치하여 비여과오일을 수납하는 환상의 오일필터입구포오트를 구성하는 오일필터, 내연기관의 오일흐름 회로 및 냉매흐름회로를 유로로 연결하는 내연기관의 주프레임에 오일필터와 오일냉각기를 재치하는 브래킷에 있어서 오일을 오일필터입구포오트로 방출하는 제1의 방출포오트와 오일필터출구포오트에서 오일을 수납하는 제1의 입구포오트를 구비하고 제1측에 대향하여 오일을 오일냉각기입구포오트로 방출하는 제2의 방출포오트와 오일을 오일냉각기방출포오트로 부터 수납하는 제2의 입구포오트 가진 제2측을 가진 브래킷이 제1의 입구포오트에서 제2의 방출포오트로 오일을 흐르게하는 제1의 통로와 제2의 입구포오트에서 주프레임의 주 오일회수포오트로 오일을 흐르게하는 제3의 통로를 가진 브래킷, 한위치에서 내연기관의 주 프레임상에 브래킷을 재치한 브래킷재치수단에서 제1측은 브래킷에서 하방향으로 연장되는 내연기관의 주 프레임 측벽부분과 예각(銳角)을 형성하며, 제2측은 브래킷에서 상방향으로 연장된 내연기관의 주프레임의 측벽부분과 둔각(鈍角)을 형성하고 오일냉각기가 한위치에 있는 오일냉각기마운트에 의하여 브래킷의 제2측에 재치하여 중공체의 중심축이 그 경사진 측벽에 대하여 변위되도록 함으로써 오일의 냉각 및 여과장치의 단면이 내연기관의 주프레임의 단면도와 유사한 브래킷재치수단을 가진 브래킷을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 윤활유유체의 여과 및 냉각장치.
