제1도는 화학적인 증기침적을 위해 광학섬유 예형(豫形) 튜브가 장치된 선반의 사시도. 제2도는 본 발명의 방법을 성취시키기 위한 광학섬유 예형튜브로부터 반응생성물을 하기 위한 장치의 단면도. 제3도는 제2도에 도시된 배출튜브와 예형튜브의 서로 마주보는 단부들이 상호 접촉할 때의 확대단면도. 제4도는 제3도에 도시된 밀폐부재의 교체형인 다른 형의 밀폐부재를 포함하는 배출튜브와 예형튜브들의 서로 마주보는 단부들의 단면도. 제5도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 예형튜브로부터 반응생성물을 배출하기 위한 장치의 단면도. 제6도는 제5도에 도시된 배출튜브의 단부의 확대단면도. 제7도는 본 발명의 방법을 성취시키기 위한 다른 형의 예형튜브 배출장치의 단면도.
Claims (1)
- 화학적인 반응 및 침적을 위해 증기들이 운반개스에 내재되어 상류단을 통해 유입되는 광학섬유 예형튜브로부터 반응생성물을 배출하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 예형튜브의 하류단에 인접되게 위치되어 상기 하류단과 유체 연결되는 유입단(41)을 갖는 배출튜브(40)를 제공하며, 배출튜브에 흡입력을 가하며, 대체로 증기침적 반응생성물을 포함하지 않는 반응 생성물 교반개스류(44)를 배출튜브의 유입단에 인접한 위치에서 배출튜브내로 유입시키는 공정들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학섬유 예형튜브로부터 반응생성물을 배출하기 위한 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
