Claims (1)

  1. 도면에 표시하고 본문에 상술한 바와 같이 도체인 피처리물에 방전간극을 통해서 대향시킨 전극과, 상기 전극과 상기 피처리물과의 사이에 아아크방전전류를 급전하는 주전원과, 상기 전극과 상기 피처리물과의 사이에 고주파고전압을 급전해서 상기 방전간극에 아아크의 점호(点弧)를 위한 고주파방전을 행하게 하는 고주파전원과, 상기 고주파전압이 전달되는 도체의 소망의 위치를 둘러싸도록 장착된 고주파자성체와, 상기 고주파자성체가 장착된 상기 도체가 고주파적으로 접지하려고 하는 쪽에 접속된 고주파바이패스 콘덴서를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파비접촉 아아크점호기구를 구비한장치.
