서로 다른 종류의 섬유로된 균일한 혼합물에 의해 구성된 섬유상물질에 있어서 일부의 섬유는 반드시 융점이 낮은 합성섬유이며 열용융성섬유이고, 용융상태에서 부착력을 가지며, 다른 섬유는 담배연기의 유해한 생성물에 대하여 흡수성이있고 열용융성섬유의 용융온도에서 안정하며, 섬유상혼합물은 아직 부착상태에있지 않으나 균일한 상태에있으며, 섬유서로간에 밀접하게 중첩된 섬유망상을 형성한 원통형로오드로 구성하는 섬유상물질로서 권연필터의 여과구조를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 흡수성섬유에 대하여 상당한 중량비로 열용융성섬유를 사용하며, 흡수성섬유를 그대로 유지시키면서 최초의 섬유형태로 있는 일체의 열용융성물질을 용융 및 유동화 시킬수있도록 충분히 온도를 높혀 흡수성섬유의 망상내에 분산된 미세한 소적(droplet)으로 변환시키는 온도를 섬유상 혼합물은 처리함으로써 이와 같은 변형에 의해 한편으로는 안정한 흡수성섬유의 교차점에 다수의 연결을 형성하고 다른 한편으로는 전방향으로 서로 연결되어 열용융성섬유의 용융에 따라 비어있는 공간에 의해 구성된 다공(多孔)의 망상을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 권연필터의 여과구조의 제조방법.In fibrous materials composed of homogeneous mixtures of different types of fibers, some fibers must be synthetic fibers with low melting points, heat-melt fibers, have adhesion in the molten state, and other fibers can be detrimental to the harmful products of tobacco smoke.
