Claims (8)

  1. 본문에 상술한 바와 같이, 하기 구조식[Ⅰ]의 티올카르바메이트와 구조식[Ⅱ]의 페닐카바모일옥시카르바닐에이트를 약 0.01:1 내지 약 20:1의 중량비율로 혼합함으로써 이루어지는 상승작용(相乘作用)을 가진 제초제 조성물.
    상기 식중, R1은 에틸, 벤질 및 p-클로로벤질로 구성되는 그루우프에서 선택되며, 그리고 R1이 에틸일 경우에는, R2및 R3은 C1-C6알킬 및 C5-C7시클로알킬로 구성되는 그루우프에서 독자적으로 선택되고, 이 벤질 또는 p-클로로벤질일 경우에는, R2및 R3은 C1-C6알킬, 또는 공결합(共結合) 형태의 C5-C7으로 구성된 그루우프에서 독자적으로 선택되며, 그리고 R4는 C1-C4알킬이고, R5는 수소 및 C1-C4알킬로 구성된 그루우프에서 선택된다.
  2. R1및 R2가 각기 에틸이고, R3은 시클로헥실이며, R4는 메틸이고, 그리고 R5는 3-메틸인 특허청구의 범위 1 기재의 상승작용을 갖인 제초제 조성물.

  5. 하기 구조식[Ⅰ]의 티올카르바메이트와 구조식[Ⅱ]의 페닐카르바모일옥시카르바닐에트를 약 0.01:1 내지 약 20:1의 중량비율로 혼합함으로써 이루어진 제초제 조성물을 식물체에 대한 식물체의 발아후 적용을 포함하는 소망하지 않는 식물체의 억제방법.
    상기 식중, R1은 에틸, 벤질 및 p-클로로벤질로 구성되는 그루우프에서 선택되며, 그리고 R1이 에틸일 경우에는, R2및 R3은 C1-C6알킬 및 C5-C7시클로알킬로 구성되는 그루우프에서 독자적으로 선택되고, 이 벤질 또는 p-클로로벤질일 경우에는, R2및 R3은 C1-C6알킬, 또는 공결합형태의 C5-C|7으로 구성된 그루우프에서 독자적으로 선택되며, 그리고 R4는 C1-C4알킬이고, R%는 수소 및 C1-C4알킬로 구성된 그루우프에서 선택된다.
