제1도 및 제2도는 종래의 분무건조기의 외관도. 제3도는 본 발명 방법의 분무건조를 이용하는데 적합한 분무 건조기의 한예의 외관도. 제4도는 덕트(duct)(2-a)를 통하여 건조실(4)에 열풍이 도입되는 제3도에 표시된 분무건조기 내의 분무기의 확대도.

Claims (5)

  1. 건조실 내에 열풍을 도입하는 입구와 건조실에서 염료 분말과 더불어 열풍을 배출하는 출구를 가진 건조실, 그리고 건조실 상부에 위치하고 분산형 또는 용액형 염료를 분무하는 분무기 및 열풍속도를 증가시키는 가속수단으로 된 분무건조기를 입구온도를 110과 260℃사이에, 그리고 출구 온도는 60과 80℃사이에 또 분무기의 바로 아래나 또는 주위의 열풍속도를 5와 80m/sec. 사이에 유지하면서 사용하여 분무건조를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산형 또는 용액형 염료를 분무건조하여 염료 분말을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 입구의 온도가 140과 240℃사이에 유지되는 청구범위 제1항에 의거하는 방법.
  3. 출구의 온도가 60과 75℃사이에 유지되는 청구범위 제1항에 의거하는 방법.
  4. 열풍속도가 5와 20m/sec. 사이에 유지되는 청구범위 제1항에 의거하는 방법.
  5. 염료류가 분산 염료 및 배트 염료 또는 반응성 염료인 청구범위 제1항에 의거하는 방법.
