Claims (1)

  1. 도면에 표시하고 본문에 상술한 바와 같이 프로필렌, 분자상산소(分子狀酸素) 및 스티임을 포함한 혼합가스를 제1단접촉산화반응에 붙이고 프로필렌을 주로 아크롤레인으로 전화시켜, 제1단접촉 산화반응생성가스를 제2단접촉산화반응에 붙여서 아크롤레인을 주로 아크릴산으로 전화시키는 것으로 이루어지는 2단기상접촉(二段氣相接觸) 산화에 의해서 아크릴산을 제조하는 방법에있어서 이 산화를 다음의 조건하에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산의 제조법.
    가. 최소한 제 1단접촉산화반응을, 다음과 같이 정의(定義)되는 반응대역중에서 실시하는 일.
    (ㄱ) 이 반응대역은 가스가 흐르는 방향으로 뻗은 가늘고 긴 단위반응대역의 복수개를 병렬로 결합한 것에서 이루어지는 일.
    (ㄴ) 이 단위반응대역은 산화촉매충전층으로 이루어지는 반응부와 그 하류측에 인접하는 고체불활성재료(固體不活性材料)의 충전층으로 된 냉각부로 이루어지는 일.
    (ㄷ) 이 반응부와 냉각부와는 각기 독립해서 온도를 제어할 수 있는 일.
    나. 제1단접촉 산화반응에 붙여야 할 가스가 다음의 조건에 있는 일.
    분자상산호/프로필렌몰비=1.17~1.66 스티임/프로필렌몰비4,
    프로필렌농도=7~15% 가스압력=0.4~1.5kg/cm2(게이지)
    다. 제1단접촉 산화반응에 의해 상기 단위 반응대역의 반응부에서 생성한 가스를, 상기 냉각부에 있어서, 280℃ 이하로 급냉(急冬)시키는 일.
    라. 이와 같이 해서 얻어진 제1단접촉 산화반응생성가스를 제2단접촉산화반응에 붙임에 있어서, 이 제2단접촉산화반응에 붙여야 할 가스가 분자상산소와 스티임과의 혼합가스의 첨가에 의해서 다음의 조건에 있는 일(단, 조성은 제1단접촉반응에 붙여야 할 가스와의 합계량기준이다).
    분자상산소/프로필렌몰비=1.75~2.5 스티임/프로필렌몰비=1~5가스온도=280℃이하
