Claims (1)

  1. 회동하는 로울러 위에 끈끈한 상태로 연성한 어육을 대상으로 공급하고 가열하여 겔(Gel)화한후 대상체로 박리시키면서 계속하여, 건조실내에서 연속적으로 이송하면서, 수분(水分)의 함유비율이 15-40%로 되도록 건조 처리하여 꺼내고 침로울러로서 그 대상체의 표면이나 이면에 또는 양쪽면에 구멍을 천설하여 조미료탱크내의 조미액속에 침지시키거나 혹은 조미액중에 침지시킨후에 동일하게 침로울로서 구멍을 형성시키고 그 후에 발포기내로 집어넣어서 표면과 이면을 가열처리하여 발포화가 행하여지도록 하여 놓은 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 연성제품의 제조법.
