Claims (12)

  1. 최소 90% 이상 무정형이며 근본적으로 일반식 FeaBbSicDCd의 조성을 갖는 금속합금. 여기서 a;b;c;d는 원자퍼센트로서 각각 980.0-82.0:12.5-14.5:2.5-5.0:1.5-2.5이며, 단 a+b+c+d=100이다.
  2. 최소 97% 이상 무정형인 주장 1에 따른 무정형금속합금.
  3. 100% 무정형인 주장 1에 따른 무정형 금속합금.
  4. a, b, c, 및 d가 각각 81, 13.5, 3.5 및 2인 주장 1에 따른 무정형 금속합금.
  5. 최소 90% 및 그이상 무정형이며 근본적으로 일반식 FeaBbSicDCd의 조성을 갖는 금속합금을 당금질을 포함한 방법에 의하여 자성을 향상시키는 방법. 여기서 a, b, c, 및 d는 원자 퍼센트로서 각각 80.0-82.0, 12.5-14.5, 2.5-5.0 및 1.5-2.5이며 단 a+b+c+d=100이다.
  6. 당금질하는 단계가 다음과 같은, 주장 5에 따른방법.
  7. 본 합금을 응력을 제거하기에는 충분하나 결정화를 초래하기 위해 요하는 것보다는 낮은 온도로 가열하고 다음 약 0.5℃/min-75℃/min의 속도로 식히되 가열 및 냉각동안 합금에 자기장을 걸어준다.
  8. 가열온도 범위가 약 340℃-385℃인 주장 6에 따른 방법.
  9. 당금질 단계가 다음과 같은, 주장 5에 따른 방법.
  10. 본 합금을 온도범위 약 345-380℃로 가열하고 다음 약 1℃/min-16℃/min의 속도로 냉각시키되 가열 및 냉각동안 합금에 자기장을 걸어줌.
  11. 최소 90%가 무정형이며 근본적으로 일반식 FeaBbSicDCd의 조성을 갖는 금속합금을 포함하는, 전자기장치에 사용하기 위한 자심. 여기서 a, b, c, 및 d는 원자퍼센트로서 각각 80.0-82.0, 12.5-14.5, 2.5-5.0 및 1.5-2.5이며 단 a+b+c+d=100이다.
