컬러 텔레비젼 보안 필터

본 고안은 컬러텔레비젼용 보안필터로써 제공되고 있는 보안색상이 가미된 단일판재의 필터판을 이용하여 보안효과를 증대시키고 텔레비젼에 착탈이 용이하게한 것에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 보안필터의 구성에 있어서 단일 판재로 제작되고 브라운관에서 방출되는 각종 유해 광선이나 전자파 등을 약화시키는 보안색상을 가미한 것이나, 2개의 특수유리판 사이에 화합물질을 내장하여 브라운관과 보안필터 사이에서 유해광선을 역 반사 시켜 주는 것들이 제공되었으나 이러한 구성의 필터는 어느정도의 보안필터로써의 작용효과는 있으나 텔레비젼에 부설함에 있어서 단순히 얹어놓는 상태로 되거나 끈 등으로 묶어서 사용토록 되어 있어서 사용중에 파손될 우려가 있고 미관상 좋지 않으며, 브라운관이 돌출된 형에는 불안정하게 부설되는 단점이 있으며 설치된 보안필터와 브라운관 사이에 공간이 생기므로써 장기간 사용하면 필터의 전 후면과 브라운관의 표면에 많은 먼지층이 누적 생성되어 색상의 선명도가 낮아지는 등의 제반결점이 있었던 것이다.
이에 본 고안은 이러한 제반단점을 보완하여 컬러 텔레비젼의 보안필터로써 제공되고 있는 보안용색상이 가미된 단일판재를 사용하여 그 형상을 브라운관의 표면과 동일한 구형으로 판곡하며 외주연부에 흡착공이 형성된 패킹을 씌워서 브라운관의 외주연부를 고정하는 텔레비젼 케이스의 전면에 고정부착시킬 수 있도록 구성하므로써 필터의 고정을 확실하고 용이하게 하며 브라운관 표면과 외부를 밀폐시켜 먼지의 유입을 최대로 차단하여 보안필터판재에 비치는 광선을 흡입 처리하여 역 반사에 의한 화면의 흐림을 방지하고져 함에 목적이 있는 것으로서 첨부된 일실시예의 도면과 함께 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 필터 기판(1)으로 기존의 색상이 가미된 보안필터 판재를 사용하되 그 형상을 브라운관의 표면굴곡층(a)과 같은 구형으로 판곡하여 외주연부에 다수의 흡착공(2)이 천공되고 경사진 흡착대(3)가 형성된 패킹(4)을 감착시켜서 되며 필터기 판(1) 일측면에 미세한 요철부(5)를 가공하여서 된 구조이다.
미 설명부호 6은 텔레비젼 몸체, 7은 텔레비젼케이스에서 브라운관을 지지하는 전면 경사대이다. 이와같은 구성의 본 고안은 필터기판(1)이 브라운관의 표면 굴곡층(a)과 동일한 형상으로 구형판곡 되어 있고 외주연부에 제3도 및 제5도에 도시된 바와 같은 형으로 흡착공(2)이 흡착대(3)에 수개 형성된 패킹(4)으로 감착되어 있어서 대개의 텔레비젼 몸체(6)의 전면부에 형성된 브라운관을 지지하는 전면경사대(7)에 패킹(4)의 흡착대(3)를 눌러 흡착공(2)으로 압착시켜 사용하는바, 종래의 평판형으로 된 것에 비해 착탈이 용이하고 부착상태가 확실하여 텔레비젼 몸체(6)와 분리되거나 파손될 염려가 없으며 브라운관의 표면굴곡층(a)과 필터기관(1) 사이를 밀폐시키므로서 먼지나 불순물에 의한 브라운관의 오염을 방지시켜 선명한 화면을유 지시킬 수 있고 필터기판(1)의 기재인 보안색상이 가미된 보안필터의 작용으로 일정한 보안효과를 나타내면서 필터기판(1)일 측면에 제4도에 도시한 바와 같이 전표면에 미세한 요철부(5)를 가공하여 반투명 상태의 표면을 얻으므로써 필터기판(1)과 근접한 브라운관에서 방출되는 영상은 그대로 통과시켜 먼거리에서 시청하는 시청자에게는 별다른 지장없이 화면의 색감을 전해줄 수 있으나 실내의 다른광원 즉 실내등이나 창을 통한 실외 광선등이 화면쪽으로 반사되어 필터기판(1)에 이르면 이를 요철부(5)에서 넓은 각으로 난반사시켜 분산처리 하거나 일부는 흡수하여 주므로써 화면에 실내의 일부가 반영되거나 빛이 역 반사되는 현상을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있으며 브라운관에서 시력장애요인으로 방출되는 방사선등도 같은 원리로 필터기판(1)과 브라운관의 표면굴곡층(2) 사이에서 난 반사 굴곡처리 하여 강도를 삭감시켜 주고 가시광선만 통과시켜주는 필터의 효과를 가진 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 본문에 상술하고 도면에 표시한 바와 같이 공지의 보안색상이 가미된 보안필터판을 필터기판(1)으로 하되 그 형상을 구형으로 판곡하고 외주연부에는 경사진 흡착대(3)와 흡착공(2)이 형성된 패킹(4)으로 감착하며 일측면에 미세한 요철부(5)를 가공하여서 된 컬러텔레비젼 보안 필터.
