Description

이륜차용 방향표시등
제1도, 제2도 및 제3도는 차체의 측면, 배면 및 전면에 배설된 방향표시등의 배열을 보인 측면도, 배면도 및 전면도.
제4도, 제5도, 제6도 및 제7도는 에이프런에 착설된 좌측 전면방향표시등의 측면도, 정면도, 제4도의 A-A선 수평단면도 및 제6도의 B-B선 수직단면도.
제8도, 제9도, 제10도 및 제11도는 엔진후드에 착설된 우측후면 방향표시등의 측면도, 정면도, 제8도의 B-B선 수평단면도 및 제10도의 C-C선 수직단면도.
본 고안은 이륜차가 회전시 그 회전방향을 표시하기 위한 방향표시등에 관한 것으로, 투명후드와 그 프레임을 제외하고는 차체의 표면으로 돌출되지 않도록 차체에 방향표시등을 결합시킴을 특징으로 한 것이다.
종래 이륜차용 방향표시등에 있어서는 차체에 별도의 브라킷트를 이용하여 반사경, 램프, 램프캐리어 및 프레임으로 구성된 램프동체가 착설되었으나 램프동체자체가 차체로부터 완전히 돌출되어 있어 차체의 구조를 복잡하게 할 뿐만 아니라 외벽에 의한 충격을 줄이기 위한 완충수단이 브라킷트에 구비되어야 한다.
본 고안에 있어서는 종래의 이와 같은 점을 감안하여 방향표시등을 간단히 구성시킬 수 있도록 한 것인바, 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
전면방향표시등(1')(1")은 차량(M)의 전면 에이프런(3)의 중앙표면 P-P으로부터 가장 멀리 떨어져있는 부분에 각각 위치하며 글러브박스(4)에 결합되어 있고, 이 글러브박스(4)는 에이프런(3)의 후면에 영구적으로 고정되어 있다.
후면 방향표시등(2')(2")은 엔진후드(5)(6)의 후측단에 위치하며, 전면방향표시등과 유사하게 엔진후드에 결합되어 있어 방향표시등의 램프케리어의 반사경면이 외부로부터 볼 수 없도록 되어 있다.
특히 각 전면방향표시등(제4도, 제5도, 제6도 및 제7도 참조)은 램프캐리어(8), 반사경(9) 및 프레임(10)으로 일체가 된 동체(7), 램프(11) 및 굴절투명카바(12)로 구성되어 있으며, 굴절투명카바(12)는 에이프런(3)에 동체(7)를 고정시키기 위한 스크류(14)에 의하여 고무가스켓(13)을 통하여 프레임(10)에 압축 고정되어 있고, 글러브박스(4)의 내부공간에 방향표시등을 결합시키기 위하여 에이프런(3)에 슬로트가 형성되어 있다.
각 후면방향표시등(2')(2")(제8도, 제9도, 제10도 및 제11도 참조)은 프레임(17)을 구비한 동체(16), 스크류(19)로 동체에 고정되고 램프캐리어(20)를 재가한 반사경(18), 램프(21) 및 스크류(24)로서 고무가스켓(23)을 통하여 프레임(17)에 압축 고정된 굴절 투명카바(22)로 구성되어 있다.
반대로 동체(16)는 슬로트(26)가 방향표시등의 결합을 위하여 형성된 엔진후드(5)에 너트를 갖는 스크류(25)로서 고정된다.
이와 같이 본 고안은 각 표시등이 투명후드와 그 프레임을 제외하고는 차체의 표면으로 돌출되지 않으므로 그 구조가 간편하고 외양이 미려한 잇점이 있다.

  1. 전면방향표시등(1'(1")이 글러브박스(4)가 후면에 착설된 전면 에이프런(3)에 배치되고 후면방향표시등(2,)(2")이 엔진후드(5)(6)에 배치된 이륜차용 방향표시등에 있어서, 전면 에이프런(3)과 엔진후드(5)(6)에 각각 슬로트(15)(26)가 형성되어 전면방향표시등(1')(1")및 후면방향표시등(2')(2")의 각 동체(7)(16)가 삽입되고 각 방향표시등(1')(1")(2')(2")의 투명카바(12)(22)와 프레임(10)(17)은 외부에 고정하여서된 이륜차용 방향 표시등.
