Description
제1도는 본 고안의 일부를 절개한 사시도.
제2도는 제1도의 A-A의 절단부의 확대 단면도.
본 고안은 부도체 표면에 전기 저항 금속(크롬, 니켈등) 발열층을 망상으로 증착한 전기 가열장치의 구성 개량에 관한 것이다.
종래의 출원인이 고안한 전기 가열용기(실용공보 제454호A 47J류 1980.7.16. 공고 80-1074호)는 발열체인 니크롬층을 용기의 저면 전체에 도금한 위에 법랑층을 피복하여 보호토록 하였으나 법랑층은 니크롬층과 접착력이 약하므로 사용 도중 가열이 반복되고 장시간이 경과하면 피복된 법랑층이 탈리되어 니크롬층이 노출되는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 결점을 해결하기 위하여 취사용이나 난방용의 기재에 부도체층(법랑, 도자기, 프라스틱 등)을 피복한 표면에 전기 저항 금속발열층을 망상으로 증착한 위에 동종 부도체층으로 견고하게 피복하는 것이다.
본 고안은 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
별첨 도면과 같이 법랑층(1)으로 된 기판 표면에 진공 증착 도금법으로 0.2-2미크론 정도의 두께로 전기 저항 금속 발열층(2)을 망상으로 형성한 위에 법랑층(3)을 다시 적층 피복한 것이다.
이와 같이 법랑층(1)의 기판상에 증착된 발열층(2)은 제1도와 같이 망상으로 증착되었기 때문에 발열층(2) 상에 피복되는 법랑층(3)의 면적은 극소하고 발열층의 주위 동간(4)에 피복된 면적은 크기 때문에 그 공간(4)에 동종 물질인 법랑끼리 소성되어 강력하게 결합되므로 법랑층 속에 발열층이 고정되어 견고한 절연층 피막이 형성되는 것이다.
따라서 가열 사용이 반복되어도 피복된 법랑층은 탈리하거나 오손되지 않는 특징이 있는 것이다.
미설명부호 5 : 피가열 기재, 6 : 전기저항 금속 발열체와 융착되어 있는 전원 입력단자, 7 : 전기 입력선, 8 : 교류 전원이다.
본 고안은 가열 기구체와 발열층이 일체로 되어 있어 열의 전도는 직열식이므로 열의 손실이 적은 효과가 있는 것이다.

- 법랑층 표면에 전열재층을 형성한 것에 있어서 법랑층(1)으로 된 기판표면에 통상의 진공증착 도금법으로 0.2-2미크론의 두께로 전기 금속발열층(2)을 망상으로 형성한 위에 법랑층(3)을 다시 적층 피복한 전기 가열장치.
