Abstract
An oil tanker for transporting liquid cargoes is comprised of oil tanks in the central part and ballast tanks in both sides of a ship. Oil and ballast tanks are divided into several areas by longitudinal or cross walls. The ballast tanks in both sides are connected each other through the bottom of the oil tank. The ship gains an advantage of carring the liquid cargoes without sea-pollution.
