Figure 2e is a longitudinal cross-sectional view after completion of the subject innovation.
The present invention relates to a duct connector that can be bent freely as needed by applying a P.V.C flame-retardant coating on the non-combustible glass fiber fabric in connecting the duct and the duct for the hot and cold air of the building.
Conventional Hanseok iron plate or PVC hose was used, but it was immensely economical, it was not only heavy but also needed to bend and connect the duct tube whenever necessary, so that it could not be bent and cut off both ends or used separate parts. There was a lot of trouble in construction and time-consuming connection because of the connection.
In addition, the coating of rubber inside and outside of the tent base may be used by winding with wire or partially using asbestos. However, when rubber coating is used on the tent base, there is a risk of fire and when asbestos is used. Although it was difficult to secure raw materials because of imported goods, it was expensive and there was an uneconomic closure.
The present invention solves these problems and wound the nonflammable woven fabric with PVC flame-proof coating on the steel pipe, and then wound it again with a steel wire, then wrapped the above woven fabric, wound it with a fiberglass thread, and bent it as needed when detaching the steel pipe. A bellows-like duct connector is formed, which will be described in detail with reference to the drawings as follows.
In forming the duct connecting tube 1, as shown in FIG. 2A, the PVC flame retardant coating (5) [PVC, TCP (Tri Cresv1 Phosphate; (CH 3 C 6 H) on the outer surface of the non-flammable glass fiber woven fabric 4 is shown. the 3PbO PbSO 4 H 2 O), placed Mon, chiren, TiO 2 (Titanium Diozide) in phosphorus trichloride, dyes and the like; 4 O) 3 PO), chlorinated paraffins, hayika plasticizers, coloring Kate, stabilizers (TLS) (Trebasec Lead Sulfate After mixing, diluting with toluene, coating and heat-treating at 170 to 180 ° C. for 1 minute], the woven fabric (2) is wound in a known steel pipe, and the steel wire (6) is spirally wound onto the wound woven fabric (2). And then wound the non-flammable woven fabric (3) coated with PVC flame-resistant coating (5 ') on the inner surface again in the same manner as before, as shown in FIG. 2C, and then glassed with the non-flammable glass fiber yarn (7). It is rolled up again on the textile fabric 4 '. At this time, it is recommended to be sandwiched between the steel wire (6) and the steel wire (6) recommended in the woven fabric (4), and the steel plate is detached in the duct connecting pipe (1) after the winding is made in this way, the steel wire (6) and glass fiber thread ( It is formed in a bellows type hose by the elasticity of 7).
Referring to the effect of the present invention formed as described above are as follows. An elastic steel wire 6 is recommended between the woven fabric 2 and the woven fabric 3, which are PVC flame retardant coatings 5, 5 'on the outer and inner surfaces of the non-combustible glass fiber woven fabric 4, 4'. Again, it is recommended to have a woven fabric 4 'and a non-combustible glass fiber chamber 7 thereon.
When the duct connecting tube 1 formed as described above is detached from the known iron tube, it is bent freely by the bellows shape by the tensile force of the steel wire 6 and the glass fiber chamber 7 of the elastic body.
Therefore, the construction can be easily performed without inconvenience, such as avoiding the protrusions and grooves of the building, and can be bent freely in the desired shape of the contractor, thereby reducing the time and enormous economic advantages. Since the glass fiber woven fabric is nonflammable, it does not burn even when heat is applied to the outside or inside, and thermal conductivity is blocked due to the flame retardant coating, thereby keeping the temperature of the hot and cold fan constant.
Therefore, it is a useful design that solves the inconvenience and inconvenience such as cutting or using separate parts when connecting a conventional duct connector.
