도 2 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량배터리 충전장치의 구성을 도시한다.
도 3 은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전극 연결단자(P)와 전극 접속단자(122)와의 도킹 방식을 설명하기 위한 예시도이다.
Claims (3)
- 전기 차량의 휠을 구동시키는 메인 동력으로 사용되는 차량배터리를 충전하는 차량배터리 충전장치로서,
전기 차량에 설치되며, 전극 접속단자가 형성되고 전기 차량의 배터리셀과 연결되어 충전용 전원을 공급하는 전기공급패드와;
상기 전기공급패드의 전극 접속단자와 접촉하는 전극 연결단자가 말단에 형성된 충전용 케이블과, 상기 충전용 케이블을 지지하는 지지부와;
상기 충전용 케이블의 말단에 형성된 전극 연결단자가 상기 전기공급패드의 전극 접속단자에 접촉되도록 상기 지지부를 수직 이동 및 회전 가능하게 움직이는 모터부와, 상기 모터부의 동작을 제어하는 모터 제어부와;
상기 충전용 케이블의 전극 연결단자와 상기 전기공급패드의 전극 접속단자가 접촉하였는지를 감지하는 단자접촉 감지부와, 상기 단자접촉 감지부로부터 입력되는 접촉감지 신호에 따라 상기 충전용 케이블을 통해 상기 차량의 전기공급패드로 전송되는 전원의 세기를 제어하는 충전 제어부와;
외부 상용 전원으로부터 인가되는 전원을 입력받아 상기 차량배터리 충전장치에 전원을 공급하는 전원 공급부와;
사용자 조작기기로부터 입력되는 사용자 조작명령에 따라 상기 충전 제어부와 모터 제어부의 동작을 제어하는 총괄 제어부를 포함하는,
차량배터리 충전장치. - 청구항 1 에 있어서,
상기 차량배터리 충전장치는,
주차된 전기 차량을 향해 상기 차량배터리 충전장치를 이동시키는 이동부와;
피사체를 감지하는 비전부를 더 포함하며,
상기 총괄 제어부는 상기 비전부로부터 입력되는 피사체 감지정보를 분석하여 상기 전기공급패드가 설치된 전기 차량으로 자율주행하도록 상기 이동부의 동작을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
차량배터리 충전장치. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2 에 있어서,
상기 사용자 조작기기는 핸드헬드 통신단말기이며,
상기 차량배터리 충전장치는 상기 핸드헬드 통신단말기와 무선 신호를 송수신하는 무선 통신부를 더 포함하고,
상기 총괄제어부는 상기 핸드헬드 통신단말기로부터 충전제어신호가 입력되면 상기 충전 제어부의 동작을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
차량배터리 충전장치.
