Abstract
본 발명은 수중유 액정유화 미스트 베이스 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 미스트 베이스 조성물을 사용할 경우, 복수의 기능성 성분을 추가하여 분무가 불가능한 수준의 점도를 갖는다 할지라도, 사용직전 손을 이용한 간단한 쉐이킹으로 미스트 조성물의 점도가 낮아져 분무가 가능해지는 효과가 있다.
Description
본 발명은 수중유 액정유화 미스트 베이스 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 과학기술정보통신부의 지원을 받은 연구과제의 결과물로, 연구과제사사는 아래와 같다.

피부 내 세포는 재생과 소멸의 과정을 거치는 재생 주기를 갖는다. 그런데, 피부는 자외선, 자극, 스트레스 등의 외부 환경에 노출됨에 따라 재생 주기가 변동되게 된다. 이에 피부에는 기미가 발생하거나 주름이 발생해 탄력도가 떨어지게 된다. 이를 방지하기 위해서는 피부의 유/수분 밸런스 유지가 필요하고 더욱 나아가 유/수상 배합이 알맞은 화장품을 선정하여야 한다.
한편, 일반적으로 유통되는 미스트 제품의 경우, 미스트 스프레이의 분사력 문제로 인해 워터 타입의 조성물을 적용한다. 그러나 워터 타입 조성물은 분사력이 확보되더라도 유상 성분의 부족에 따라 피부 보습에 한계가 있으며 분사도포 후 수분의 증발력으로 인하여 기존의 피부 수분까지 증발을 가속화시켜 피부의 건조함을 발생시킬 수 있다.
이를 방지하고자 수상 성분과 유상 성분을 혼합하여 사용하는 경우에는 피부 보습의 문제는 해결할 수 있지만, 유화 상태에 대한 통제와 제어하기가 어렵고 통제와 제어의 용이성을 위하여 유상성분을 낮추면 보습에 어려움이 있으며 보습을 위해 유상성분을 증량하면 점도상승 등의 문제가 발생하여, 특히 높은 점도로 인해 미스트 스프레이 방식으로는 토출되지 않는 문제도 발생된다.
이에 선행기술문헌에서도 수상성분을 포함하는 1제 조성물과 유상성분을 포함하는 2제 조성물을 혼합하여 사용하는 피부 보습 미스트 화장품 조성물을 개시하고 있다. 그런데 선행기술문헌은 외부상을 수상으로 형성하고 내부상을 유상으로 형성하여 피부보호 및 유분감 증진효과는 도출되지만 마찬가지로 유상의 혼합 비율이 커서 스프레이 방식으로는 적용되지 못하는 단점을 내포한다.
본 발명의 목적은 수중유 액정유화 미스트 베이스 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 피부 보습 및 피부 장벽 개선용 미스트 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여,
본 발명은 주유화제로서 하이드로제네이티드레시틴;
보조유화제로서 글리세릴스테아레이트 및 PEG-25 베헤닐 에테르;
유화안정제로서 C12-16 알코올; 및
정제수;를 포함하는,
수중유 액정유화 미스트 베이스 조성물을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 수중유 액정유화 미스트 베이스 조성물은 정치 상태에서의 점도 대비 사용 직전 물리적 쉐이킹시 점도가 낮아지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 쉐이킹 직후 점도는 미스트 분무하기에 충분히 낮은 점도를 일정 시간(대략 1시간) 유지하고, 다시 정치 상태로 두면 점도가 원상복구되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
최근 기능성 미스트 제품이 다수 출시되고 있는 추세로, 기능성 성분을 복수로 첨가함에 따라 미스트 조성물의 점도가 높아져 분무가 어려워지는 문제점이 있다. 점도가 높으면 분무가 아니라 분사가 이뤄져 사용에 문제가 있다.
본 발명에 따른 미스트 베이스 조성물을 사용할 경우, 복수의 기능성 성분을 추가하여 분무가 불가능한 수준의 점도를 갖는다 할지라도, 사용직전 손을 이용한 간단한 쉐이킹으로 미스트 조성물의 점도가 낮아져 분무가 가능해지는 효과가 있다.
본 발명에 따른 수중유 액정유화 미스트 베이스 조성물은,
수상 파트로 정제수,
유상 파트로 하이드로제네이티드레시틴, 글리세릴스테아레이트, PEG-25 베헤닐 에테르 및 C12-16 알코올을 포함할 수 있다.
일실시예에 있어서, 본 발명에 따른 수중유 액정유화 미스트 베이스 조성물은,
수상 파트로 1,2-헥산다이올, 글리세린, 나이아신아마이드, 소듐시트레이트, 소듐하이알루로네이트 및 아데노신을 더 포함하고,
유상 파트로 아이소아밀라우레이트, 아이소헥사데칸, 에틸헥실글리세린, 카프릴릴글라이콜, 토코페롤, 팔미트산, 펜틸렌글라이콜 및 향료를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 수중유 액정유화 미스트 베이스 조성물은 점증제를 사용하지 않는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 본 발명에 따른 수중유 액정유화 미스트 베이스 조성물; 및
글루타티온, 녹차수, 당근 추출물, 무 추출물, 병풀 잎 수, 병풀 추출물, 부틸렌글리콜, 알란토인, 알로에베라 잎 수, 알로에베라 잎 즙, 오이 열매 추출물, 티트리 잎 추출물, 판테놀, 팔미토일헥사펩타이드-12, 하이드로라이즈드 콜라겐 및 토코페릴 아세테이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 기능성 성분;을 포함하는,
피부 보습 또는 피부 장벽 개선용 미스트 조성물을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 미스트 베이스 조성물을 사용할 경우, 복수의 기능성 성분을 추가하여 분무가 불가능한 수준의 점도를 갖는다 할지라도, 사용직전 손을 이용한 간단한 쉐이킹으로 미스트 조성물의 점도가 낮아져 분무가 가능해지는 효과가 있다.
이하, 본 발명을 하기의 실시예에 의하여 더욱 상세하게 설명한다. 단, 하기의 실시예는 본 발명을 예시하는 것일 뿐, 본 발명의 내용이 하기의 실시예에 의해 한정되는 것은 아니다.
<실시예 1> 미스트 베이스 조성물의 제조
하기 표 1의 수상 파트 및 유상 파트의 조성을 사용하여 하기 단계 1 내지 6을 실시하여 미스트 베이스 조성물을 제조하였다.

단계 1: 600rpm 조건의 아지믹서(AGI Mixer)에 수상 파트를 투입하고 80℃까지 가열하며 충분히 분산시켰다.
단계 2: 상기 아지믹서에 하이드로제네이티드 레시틴을 첨가하고 80℃까지 가열하며 25분간 450rpm 조건으로 분산시켰다.
단계 3: 상기 아지 믹서에 하이드로제네이티드 레시틴을 제외한 나머지 유상 파트를 투입하고 80℃까지 가열하며 5분간 350rpm 조건으로 분산시켰다.
단계 4: 상기 단계 3까지 실시하여 얻은 조성물을 호모 믹서(HOMO Mixer)에 투입하고 80℃까지 가열하며 5분간 3600rpm 조건으로 분산시켰다.
단계 5: 상기 단계 4에서 얻은 조성물을 28℃까지 30분 내로 급속냉각시켰다.
단계 6: 상기 단계 5에서 얻은 조성물을 100 mesh로 여과하여 미스트 베이스 조성물을 제조하였다.
<실시예 2> 피부 보습 및 피부 장벽 개선 기능성 성분을 추가한 미스트 조성물의 제조
상기 실시예 1에서 준비한 미스트 베이스 조성물에 하기 표 2의 기능성 성분 및 기타 성분을 첨가하여 피부 보습 및 피부 장벽 개선 기능성 성분을 추가한 미스트 조성물을 제조하였다.
구체적으로, 수상 파트 및 유상 파트에 첨가하는 추가 성분을 하기 표 2에 정리하여 나타내었다.

<실험예 1> 점도 평가
미스트 형태로 분무되기 위해서는 점도가 낮아야 하고, 만약 점도가 높을 경우에는 분무가 아닌 분사가 되는 문제가 있다.
이에, 실시예 2에서 제조한 미스트 조성물이 미스트로 분무되기 위한 적절한 점도를 갖는지 알아보기 위하여 실험을 실시하였다.
구체적으로, 실시예 2에서 제조한 미스트 조성물을 24시간 동안 방치한 샘플의 점도와, 미스트 사용 직전에 손을 이용하여 5-10회 쉐이킹한 샘플의 점도를 각각 측정하였다. 쉐이킹한 샘플은 쉐이킹 실시한 후 1시간 이내에 점도를 측정하였다.

표 3에 나타난 바와 같이, 정치 상태 샘플은 미스트로 분무하기에는 점도가 높은 것으로 나타나는 반면에, 쉐이킹한 샘플은 점도가 현저히 감소하여 미스트 분무에 적합한 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
<실험예 2> 피부 보습 개선 평가
실시예 2에서 제조한 미스트 조성물의 피부 보습 개선 효능을 평가하였다.
<실험예 3> 피부 장벽 개선 평가
실시예 2에서 제조한 미스트 조성물의 피부 장벽 개선 효능을 평가하였다.
이제까지 본 발명에 대하여 그 바람직한 실시예들을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명이 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 변형된 형태로 구현될 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 개시된 실시예들은 한정적인 관점이 아니라 설명적인 관점에서 고려되어야 한다. 본 발명의 범위는 전술한 설명이 아니라 특히 청구범위에 나타나 있으며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 차이점은 본 발명에 포함된 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

- 주유화제로서 하이드로제네이티드레시틴;
보조유화제로서 글리세릴스테아레이트 및 PEG-25 베헤닐 에테르;
